We had a great experience during our stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The amenities were honestly better than I expected—clean, modern, and really well-maintained. I was particularly impressed with the car valet service promotion which was included in price...exceptional value given the location of property. LOCATION, LOCATION: For the price and location, this place is an absolute gem. Great value for money and a level of service that you’d expect from a much pricier hotel.

The entrance and reception area of the hotel was promising, quite modern We checked in and were given our room - 512. Although I can’t say it was dirty, it was very dark and miserable. The room was painted brown around the top which made it even darker. We had a tiny window which let no light in. The curtains covered the air con unit do not ideal. The mirror was in the inside of a cupboard door which couldn’t open fully due to the curtains. There were 3 pillows on a double bed, bit odd. We were booked in for 4 nights and decided to make the most of it as we’d be out all day sightseeing. As part of our trip we were booked back in for 1 night before flying home, this time in room 245. Even worse view, the window looked straight onto a brick wall probably 2 metres distance. Couldn’t wait to leave and will definitely not return.

Don’t stay here, horrible experience. 😱 The room was not ready until an hour and a half after it was supposed to be ready. It was supposed to be ready at 3 PM. It was ready at 4:30. The front desk staff (Steve) did not acknowledge or apologize for the issue until I asked him about the policy for the room not being ready on time. He finally told me that he would waive the cost for the pet fee on the room ($75, NOT clearly listed while booking). I was super grateful, and told him so… But when I checked out, it turns out that he just took $20 off that charge. When Steve offered to comp the pet fee, another staff member (Miguel) witnessed it, but when I checked out the next day with Miguel, he said he didn’t remember & the notes on my account said reduced pet fee. Once we got in the room, it was filthy. Lipstick smudge on the door to the bedroom, fingerprints and smudges on the windows, sink wouldn’t drain. Stopper wouldn’t raise. Toilet seat was wet. Then, when we got back at midnight, after a long day out at a conference, the room key didn’t work. I went downstairs and told them, and the staff let me know that it’s because I put the do not disturb sign in the actual card key slot. Turns out that the do not disturb sign should not go in the key slot, even though it tells you to put it there the staff said that when you put it there, if it stays there long enough, it will deactivate the lock. I had to go down twice to get the key card reset. At 12:30 in the morning.

Great location near the train station to allow for easy travel to and from airport. Staff were really friendly, you get a goody bag on arrival which includes a bottle of wine. Rooms were nice, no view from my room. Shower pressure quite weak. Many places to eat locally.

We nearly changed our hotel based on the reviews on here. What a mistake that would have been! The hotel is in a great location, near the tram stop, by Union Square with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. WI-FI is great. Lobby is lovely, rooms are clean, cute and fantastic. Complimentary coffee and tea in the morning. We felt very valued and looked after here, and I don't hesitate in recommending this hotel!
