Terrible place—they always deduct hundreds of dollars for all sorts of services. The internet is awful too, constantly charging me for nothing. In the end, I had to use my own data plan, but I still lost a lot of money. Couldn't get the hotel to resolve it properly.

I am giving a huge shoutout to the exceptional customer service Tee gave me at the check-in. She was so gracious and kind, and was able to upgrade my room after I experienced an issue with the directions the first person checking me in gave me. This is my first time to Vegas and she gave me the best possible impression of what to expect from service. The view of the room is stellar to boot.

THIS IS 2ND AND 3RD TIME YOU PAT YOUR BILLS I PARKED A CAR ONLY ( 2 ) DAYS YOU CHARGED ME ( 4 ) As a Platinum Card holders I was not suppose to pay for PARKING . I WAS UOPPOSE TO BE ABLE TO USE MY ROOM KEY CARD TO GET IN AND OUT OF THE GARRAGE AND BOTH TIMES I HAD TO CAKK ON INTERCOME WEITED 15 MINUTES NO ANSWER OTHER HOTEL PATROND HONKING AND KUSSING ME OUT HADE TO BACK UP YOU CHARGED ME FOR ROOM UPGRADE I DID NOT CHOSE $ 5.66 per day. YOU OVERCHARGED ME $120.00 original charge was to be $268.00 I was told there will be a deposit of resort fees for 4 days. At the front desk he showed mi on the laptop $486.00 HPLD ON MY CREDIT CARD AND I ASKED WHATS $486.00 HE TOLD ME 4 DAYS RESORT FEE DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED

Indeed, you get what you pay! the rooms were just okay and spacious but customer service was terrible. Our keys did not work. Changed twice but still did not work. Approached the lady in the front desk to ask questions and hoping to get some help. The lady was not very nice and very disrespectful . Answered us “ how can I help you without even looking at us and then turned her back on us then continued whatever she was doing. When my husband called her attention again, she responded with a loud voice and said “ I am listening, what do you need?” So disgusting and very unprofessional! I wish I was able to get her name. We were able to speak to the manager and she was able to fix our problem. I don’t think we are going back to this hotel. Never again! even if it’s free!!!!
