I was traveling with my teenage granddaughter, so I wanted to book a suite. The room was very nice and had everything we wanted or needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept well. My granddaughter slept on the pull-out couch, and she said it was also fine. We tried to get breakfast the first day, but it was SO crowded and busy around the buffet that it kind of grossed me out. We decided to go out for breakfast from then on. The staff was very nice. We had to ask for housekeeping service on our third day there as we needed new towels and garbage taken out. The location is terrific. It is only a few blocks to the waterfront, and it is within walking distance of many restaurants and stores. I would definitely stay there again.

It is very hard to talk to someone on the phone at the hotel as I found out when I called multiple times to get information before I booked a room. However the front desk staff were very nice in person. After check-in we had to call to get wash clothes. The next morning when getting into the shower it was noticed that there was no dispenser for body wash - only shampoo and conditioner. Housekeeping duties were lax. The hotel is good for the night before a cruise. They have a shuttle to the cruise port for a minimal charge. However I’m glad I used points for our stay. The high price would have kept us away otherwise.

We stayed here post cruise. Great service including luggage storage after we arrived at 10am from our cruise ship. Conveniently located to the cruise port, pier 91, $30 taxi from port to hotel. Hotel also arranged a shuttle for a 5am return to Seatec airport ($75). Large rooms and only a 12 minute walk from the space needle. A good location to tour Seattle from as well as once you get to the space needle, you can grab the monorail then light rail to get to Pike Market or to other attractions including T Mobile park.

The older blonde haired gentleman at the front desk was rude and confrontational. Did not get a 4pm check in that he kept insisting was their policy! We got our room at 5pm. This place is run down. Lots of cruise travelers which I think contributes to the quality of rooms and staff.
