My family booked a suite here because of the sofa bed in the living area so we could all have our own beds. The suite was much roomier than I expected and very comfortable. The room was very clean and well appointed, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

My family (3 rooms) before heading out on an Alaskan Cruise. The hotel staff was very welcoming, rooms appropriately stocked, and it was very convenient to the attractions and not far from the cruise ship. They even offered an inexpensive transport to the dock.

"Droplets of blood on furniture!"

We've stayed at this property several times in the past and have always had no issues. Rooms are spacious and staff is friendly. However, this week we stayed in room 227, and the room was definitely not up to normal standards. Not very clean, dents and marks on the wallse everywhere. Shower kind of dirty, and worst of all, there seemed to be drops of blood on one of the living room chairs! (Pic attached) Definitely an under-par experience this time, and not sure what's going on. May need to reconsider future stays at this property.

"Heater set at 62 in the winter, won’t warm no matter how jig up you turn it."

The thermostat is located behind the TV in the bedroom. It read 54. Yes you read that right. I had to call to find out where it was, and how to use. The clerk was very helpful. However the room never got above 62. Too cold for old arthritic women to bathe or be comfortable. I’m in pain and miserable I’m still in (the very comfortable) bed debating which is better. A cold room or cold air blowing on me. I hate it here.

We really enjoyed our stay. It's in a residential neighborhood, and it's a pleasant, safe 10 minute walk to the Seattle Center/Space Needle. It's walkable to Pike's Place, though a bit of a long walk. While parking is expensive, we utilized their AAA deal which saves on parking costs. Parking at any of these hotels in central Seattle is going to be expensive. Bonus that it's not valet and you can come and go easily. As you exit the parking garage, it exits onto a surface parking lot, so it's not difficult to exit or turn out of, as you aren't exiting directly into traffic. We really enjoyed the included breakfast. They have a lot of choices. The standard cereal and milk, bagels, toast, fruit. But they had a hot oatmeal bar with lots of toppings (nuts, raisins, coconut, etc) as well as a breakfast burrito/taco bar, and hot choices that changed every day like eggs, potatoes, and meat. I'd say it was one of the better included breakfasts that I've had at a hotel. The rooms are very spacious. They have a big bedroom and a separate living room. There's a kitchen as well, which is very handy. It's not a very functional kitchen for real cooking. It lacks some very basic items like a colander, spatulas, etc. As far as lodging with a kitchen included I'd say it's not among the best for real cooking. But it's really nice to have a good sized refrigerator and a stove, and there's even a dishwasher. If you're making a salad or boiling eggs, things for a kid, or simple meal prep that doesn't require much it works perfectly. The room was clean and the staff was very nice. Housekeeping is every other day. We were on the 6th floor and we had a very lovely view of the water from the bedroom. I will definitely stay here again next time we come to Seattle.
