We had a GREAT stay. Coconut Charlies is fantastic. The room was great, large with a fabulous view. The beach is super close, and attractions are close as well. Staff were friendly and helped us when our flight home was canceled last minute. We would book again. My ONLY complaint is the beds were rock hard. It wouldn't keep me from booking again, however.

We went on a short girls vacation and stayed here for a couple of night using my Hilton Honors rewards points. Which btw is awesome and you should definitely sign up for. Anyways, we were pleasantly surprised with this hotel! It was clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful and the bartenders made some of the best drinks we have ever had! Thanks Bubba and Shana! We were able to rent umbrellas for $50 a day, which was totally worth. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant twice, the Mahi tacos were really good! Beautiful view of the ocean too! The only improvement I would consider mentioning would be to change up the breakfast somehow. I understand they have to feed the masses, but I did skip the breakfast! We really enjoyed or short but sweet stay!

Shout out to Eric and the valet staff for making us feel like VIP when first arriving. Even though we arrived during what was probably the busiest part of the day and had to wait a few minutes in the street the valet staff wasn't letting the heat and chaos bring them down and made our first arrival a breeze. We stayed for 3 days and it seemed like every time we walked passed the valet stand a different staff member would greet us by name and sometimes it was someone we hadn't interacted with up until that point, now that is what I call mastering your craft!

The staff at the hotel are very hospitable and attentive to your needs. The surroundings are clean. The only downfall for me was the pool area. It's enclosed, small and limited space for the size of the hotel. They should consider opening part of the atrium to open air. I live up north, and the last thing I want is to be closed in a small space. The pool area caters more to kids. They should have an outdoor shower to cool off when sunning on the lounge chairs outside of the atrium.
