Very nice stay over Christmas, the hotel is so friendly and beautiful. Valet was so helpful especially Tyler and Anthony, they made it so easy to understand and took great care of our vehicle. Will vacation there again!

Our family of 4 (children ages 12 and 10) enjoyed 4 nights here just before Christmas. We chose this hotel based on the location, suite spaced rooms, and indoor pool area. The hotel was very clean. The pool area was well maintained. Though the pool is heated, like any heated hotel pool, it was still cold. The 3 hot tubs were great. Only one of the two slides were open during our trip and our kids didn't seem to mind. The lazy river is a nice touch. The breakfast had a nice variety, but did seem to trail off in selections and quantities as our stay progressed. Each morning it was satisfactory. The room was spacious even with an extra bathroom sink in the hall/not in the actual bathroom. This was great with everyone getting ready. Beds were standard hotel quality in comfort. The sleep sofa was terribly uncomfortable. Our 10 year old did not mind sleeping on it as a regular sofa, thought. The mini kitchenette was sufficient. Every staff member we encountered was nice and helpful. Paying and tipping for valet parking isn't ideal, but we knew this would be the case when we booked. Asking for our car was easy and quick. The location is great with wonderful walking right along the beach with all the Christmas lights. A fun free activity to do with the kids. In general, the oceanside stores around the hotel were closed. However, we found plenty to do in the area. A few miniature gold locations were open, Pirates Voyagers dinner shower, A Thousand Candles at Brookgreen Gardens, and the outlets were a few of our activities.
