Let me start by saying im a Senior person. I was treated very badly by the front desk person DARNELLA. She was very rude and very unprofessional. Let start by saying this is not owned by HILTON but by buffalo lodging. They do not care about how you are treated. I left a message on assistant general Manager (KYMALI GRAY) voice mail and Buffalo Lodging they =Didnt call me back. I Will Never stay here AGAIN. DO really want to stay at a hotel That does care about how you are treated .. Look at other customer reviews the bad ones and how they were treated the same way. Me and my senior wife have traveled the world and have Never been treated like this. SHAME , SHAME on the upper management that dont care about there GUESTS. IF they did they would of called me.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The presence of a basketball court was a particularly important factor for us. The pool, 24-hour hot coffee service, complimentary popcorn, and other amenities provide guests with pleasant experiences. All the staff members are very friendly, but I would especially like to thank Mr. Kymali Gray at the reception for his warm, helpful, and professional attitude. I would particularly recommend this hotel for families with children.

Pleasant stay. Hotel is tucked away from main road and busy shopping areas but close to the interstate which could allow rooms on that side of the building to contend with road noise. Front desk and breakfast staff accommodating and friendly. Good breakfast selections although we did miss a waffle iron! The Wednesday evening reception offered a tasty bite to eat. Rooms, as well as public areas sparkling clean. Must say that room furnishings are a bit tired in appearance and the bed's mattress, from many visitors, had substantial body depressions.

Not the best experience. The staff made it super difficult for us. We booked via booking.com and the miscommunication between them caused massive inconvenience to us. Had to change the room twice. The receptionist Natalie was extremely arrogant and rude
