Heat in the room only blew cool air. Woke up and the room was freezing. Curtains wouldn’t close, had to use the iron to hold them shut. Bathroom sink was clogged and crazy slow to drain. The pillows, like in all hotels now-sucked. Old, limp, and nothing to them. I’ll never be back.

I stayed there with my husband, 2yr old son, and 5 mo old puppy and it was a truly wonderful experience. We arrived after a long drive and Vidal at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and beyond accommodating. We had some confusion with our key card and he made sure that we were able to get into our room without issue. He provided excellent customer service and true kindness. The room was affordable, high quality, and the atmosphere was so relaxing we were all able to be comfortable. We will definitely be staying there again!
