"Avoid This Hotel – Filthy, Uncomfortable Pull-Out Bed, No Housekeeping, Terrible Service"

This was hands-down one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The main beds were horribly outdated and uncomfortable, but the real nightmare was my daughter’s pull-out sofa bed. The thin mattress did nothing to hide the metal bar frame underneath—she was getting jabbed in the back constantly. We ended up borrowing a mattress from my mom’s pull-out couch just to layer on top and make it bearable. Housekeeping was completely nonexistent during our entire 3-night stay, despite the bathroom placard promising service every other day. We had to pick up our daily towel allotment from the front desk, and when we asked about the advertised every-other-day housekeeping, the lady at the desk just said, “We are not a full-service hotel.” That’s a weak excuse for skipping basic cleaning and fresh linens. Service was inconsistent at best. One staff member approved a late checkout, but the next day a different employee claimed there was “no record” of it and forced us to leave on time. You’re basically on your own for trash removal and upkeep. We’re not messy people, but after paying for a room, it’s reasonable to expect it to be cleaned and refreshed—not left dirty from check-in. The room and floors looked filthy the moment we walked in, which pretty much summed up the whole stay. The only highlight was Angelica at the breakfast bar—she was kind, attentive, and professional. The hotel could learn a lot from her customer service. There are tons of better options nearby. I wish we’d picked any of them instead. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—seriously, stay far away.

The room was nice but we had a water leak and they didn't do anything about it, in addition, the management is extremely rude and borderline impolite especially the lady who worked on Xmas day. I would not recommend this place and definitely wouldn't go back. If you choose to stay there and end up extending your stay, make sure you do it at the front desk and not through the app you used to reserve a room with them.

Very nice and friendly staff. Especially Angelica who had arranged the breakfast. Clean, tidy buffet, and very good. We enjoyed our breakfast and service. Good variety of food to choose from. Hot food like egg, sandwich, waffles and cereals.

The staff, especially the General Manager, were some of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with, and I travel with business and pleasure a lot. If you have an issue, whatever you do, don’t complain because they don’t care and will make the rest of your stay miserable out of spite. We were made to feel uncomfortable when in the lobby area, and it was clear we were not wanted there. When we complained, we were told by the GM that she hopes we never come back. We spent 10 nights there, which equates to a lot of money. Bottom line, if you want to feel comfortable while being away from home, CHOOSE ELSEWHERE. There’s several other hotels in the same area that are much better choices! Do yourself a favor and do not stay here!!
