We were super impressed with this hotel. We had a lovely room, very clean and well taken care of. I cannot say enough about the staff. Some of my online searches showed they had electric vehicle chargers but upon getting there they do not. We were told they used to but had taken them out. Then they said there were 2 at the comfort suites next door. They went out of their way to call the hotel to get approval for me to charge my car there. Then Ricky Young, the maintenance employee took us over in the hotel vehicle - it was right next door but dark out. What a GEM he is. He was so professional and kind - hats off to him. Whoop!!! Holiday Inn Valdosta, you NEED to get your electric vehicle chargers back. Not only are you a large hotel BUT a conference center to boot. Why you got rid of those, I do not know. It is very difficult with an electric vehicle at most hotels. They say they have them - you get there and they do not or if they do - they are always in terrible repair and do not work but in this case - they were simply removed - why? Get Electrify America chargers, they are fast and reliable.

Amazing Stay at Holiday Inn Express – Valdosta! Our 1-night stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Valdosta was nothing short of amazing! We weren’t able to celebrate our anniversary on Saturday 8/9 because we were both working and didn’t really have the time. While bringing our son back to VSU for school, we decided to stay overnight. My husband asked if we could get an upgrade to celebrate a little, and Jose, the manager, was so excited to help make our experience special. His assistant, Jade, was also eager to assist. Thanks to them, we were upgraded to a beautiful suite! The suite was huge, spotless, comfortable, and the bed was absolutely perfect. We truly appreciated the kindness and hospitality. Thank you, Jose and Jade, for making our quick trip feel like a celebration. We highly recommend this hotel!

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn and had a great overall experience. The staff was friendly, check-in was smooth, and the room was clean and comfortable. The beds were cozy, and I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and in-room amenities like a mini fridge, coffee maker, and TV.
