"Exceptional Service, Hospitality, and Experience"

Our experience at the Holiday Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown-Broadway (on 4th Avenue) was exceptional. We were looking for a place to host our all staff meeting with people flying in from around the country. We selected the hotel because of several factors - location, quality of experience, affordability, and the extraordinary response we received in the booking/contract process. The hotel offers it all - great selections for catering/banquet food and beverages, plus delightful onsite restaurants, beautiful meeting space (natural light!), gorgeous, spacious sleeping rooms, and a perfect location for being near all that Nashville offers. The hotel staff handles all requests with great professionalism and friendliness. Need a restaurant recommendation? They have great ones. Want an idea for something to do? They have all sorts of recommendations. They know Nashville and make all guests feel incredibly at home. I wanted for nothing during my stay. In an age where sometimes finding a soft drink or bottle of water is hard in a hotel, they make sure you have access to everything you need when you need it. From some bubbly to laundry detergent to a super soft Nashville sweatshirt - they have it. And the fact that they will stamp your postcard for you too? Next level service. I also have to give them a big shout out for how they handled the ice storm that hit Nashville while our group was there. We never questioned that we were safe, well taken care of, and would have access to plenty of food (and drink). Several came back to the hotel after cancelled flights and were welcomed back and assigned new rooms. I sat in the lobby and watched as so many of Nashville's citizens checked into the hotel because their homes were without power. And they stayed for days. Even the way the hotel welcomed the four legged citizens of Nashville said something about how well this hotel is managed and how dedicated the entire staff is to hospitality. Even the most scared pups found a home there during a difficult time. When a hotel says "we're open, come" and fires up the kitchen to feed hundreds of people when circumstances were difficult and people were scared and tired, that says something about a hotel. It became "home" to so many during the storm and for that we are all grateful. I will never stay anywhere else in Nashville. Holiday Inn has never been my first choice of brands - but this one is incredibly special. It is a must stay!

This hotel turned a stressful and scary situation into one of the most comforting experiences I’ve ever had. Being displaced during the ice storm was overwhelming, but from the moment I walked in, I was met with warmth, patience, and genuine care from every single person on staff. Dylan Roberts and his team deserve more recognition than I can possibly give. Their kindness and professionalism went far beyond what anyone could expect, and it made all the difference during a difficult time. The restaurant staff, Mike and Quinn, worked nonstop yet never lost their positive attitude. Even during peak chaos, they treated guests with respect and made everyone feel welcome. The kitchen was incredible — food came out fast, hot, and consistent despite how busy it was. I spoke with several other guests who said the same thing and were equally impressed. The Bodega team — Jaiden, Navea, Donavan, and Christina — were always smiling and ready to help. Seeing Jaiden and Donavan jump in to run food later in the evening after already working all day truly showed the spirit of teamwork that lives in this hotel. The front desk team deserves special recognition. Danika, Nicole, and Sanya were exceptional. They made me feel safe, comfortable, and valued every single day. Their compassion and attention to detail transformed what could have been a miserable stay into something I will always be grateful for. Alejandra in housekeeping was so thoughtful and kind. She remembered me, asked how I was doing, and made me feel like more than just another guest passing through. This hotel is filled with people who truly care about their guests. That kind of service is rare. Dylan, thank you again, this was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had in Nashville, and I will never stay anywhere else again.

This hotel offered gracious accommodations for evacuees (and their animals) from a horrible and crippling winter storm. The restaurant, bar, bodega, and staff bent over backwards to accommodate. Thank you!
