"Could do better"

Front desk staff was great and handled themselves well with a grumpy guest. A few hotel downfalls. Parking. Very expensive. $59 to park our own car for one night. Here for three nights so looking at $180 just in parking so add that to your hotel room fee. May not as good of a deal as you thought. No airport shuttle. For being so close to convention arenas it’s a disappointment. Rooms smells a bit like old fried food but the room does have carpet so that may be why. Lastly, tv’s are not smart TV’s so you have the choice of cable and cable. It’s kind of silly given the year 2025.

My wife and I just had a wonderful stay here. The breakfast was great and the front desk people were nice as well. I went down around 11pm to get some medicine for my wife and the next morning the receptionist who helped me the night before with the medicine asked me how my wife was feeling.

"Bag room saves the day!"

Lockhart was so helpful! On our last day, we wanted to go to a couple more places before our flight. He helped me get my bags into/out of the bag room. So grateful that he kept our bags safe while we enjoyed our last moments in Nashville. A wonderful service when you have to check out but have a later flight.
