Floor was dirty in room, very sticky and needed mopped. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Guest services and housekeeping were very accommodating. Security was helpful when we came in late and parking was full. Outside needs updated.

We booked and paid to stay at the hotel specifically to take our 10 year grandson to its waterpark. Most hotels have a pool and hot tub that are free , and we have a heated pool in our garden, so it was the waterpark / slides that we stayed at the hotel for. Multiple slides were shut off and this created a bottleneck at the one open slide. As a result our grandson found that queuing 20 to 30 minutes per slide with people constantly pushing into the line was unpleasant so he gave up and went into the pool. While in the pool a boy almost drowned our grandson by repeatedly holding him under water and forcing him back under for extended periods as he tried to escape or come up to breathe. His grandmother, who was not in the pool, had to run across to the pool to get the boy off our grandson. This incident took place in front of one of the pool's life guards who did nothing to stop it. The life guards/staff also allowed a group of about 10 large men to block the use of about 70% of one section of the pool for about 2 hours while they ran, jumped and hurled a heavy football at each other in the water. The experience at the pool made it unpleasant. If you charge $49 for access to the waterpark then the slides should all be open and the life guards/staff should control excessive anti-social behaviour and assist a 10 year old who is being held under water against his will.

Very clean room with comfy bed! Fresh towels daily and rooms cleaned regularly. Pool was clean and lots of fun. Bar offerings and drinks were amazing! Lots of activities to engage the kids, and the ice-cream bar was great!!! Food is very expensive as a downfall, and it was costly to have the breakfast each morning at almost 30.00 per person. In the future will definitely choose the meal package option to save a little! Would love to go back again! N

Had to keep calling for washcloths and towels guest service attendant that answered the phone was very rude. And the fact that there is an income requirement to visit the other hotel is very concerning to me. Other than that my experience was great.

Great resort for kids to play in the water. Great music, entertainment, and fun games coordinated by Lang and Camila! Hotel and on site accommodations were conveniently located, good food, and not over priced. The experience made for some wonderful memories!
