Holiday Inn Resort Lake George - Adirondack Area in Lake George, NY

Friendly welcome at check-in. Asked for and got a quiet room. Clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the indoor pool (good sized pool and deck, good lighting, clean) and sauna. Outdoor hot tub was open (April) but too busy for us. Rooms at front of hotel have balconies. Nice view of lake. Overlooks parking lot and the outdoor patio with fire pit. Morning coffee on main floor in the morning. Brownies at desk at check-in. On-site restaurant has lots of options. Nice walk down to the lake. Seems like a fun community destination; animated trivia night was on while we were there. Only complaint is very loud music playing in the lobby and outside. Good tunes but a bit much, especially in the morning.

Facilities are clean and inviting. Staff are friendly and attentive. Even off season, amenities are not compromised. On site restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. This was our 3rd stay and the new breakfast process was a great change! Will definitely stay again, thank you all!

Resort is spacious and as an IHG Platinum member, I really appreciate them welcoming g me personally on their lobby board and upgrading me to a suite. The food in the restaurant was delicious (including breakfast with Carol) and very convenient. Resort is walking distance to downtown Lake George.

We have been planning a trip to Alaska and decided as a family we were absolutely not going to plan anything else! The kids decided that we needed to have a family meeting and discuss the details of our weekend at the Holiday Inn Resort in Lake George. So much for not planning anything! They were so excited and loved it so much last year that we couldn’t resist an extended weekend again. Best decision ever! Courtney, the General Manager, planned a perfect weekend for us and really listened to exactly what we needed and went out of her way to set us up with the same room we had last year. The room was amazing! It was spacious, beautifully decorated, clean and provided us with a perfect living room for all of us to spend time together. It was perfect having two bathrooms, huge bedrooms and a large living room with a beautiful kitchen. The entire staff was amazing, greeting us with warm, freshly baked cookies and a friendly welcome! They were incredibly helpful, assisting with everything we needed and answering all our questions throughout the weekend. They all really made my son’s birthday weekend perfect !The hot tub and pool were well-maintained and provided the perfect opportunity for us to relax. We all wished we could stay longer, which is quite a statement considering we had teenagers with us! The bar and restaurant were consistently bustling with both locals and travelers from across the country and Canada. Nicole expertly managed the busy space, catering to the diverse needs of various groups in the bar and the cozy seating areas throughout the venue. Nicole stood out; she welcomed everyone as if they were guests in her own home, making our weekend truly special. She particularly engaged with our children, sharing delicious food, playing games, and ensuring they had plenty to do during our stay. We were incredibly grateful that she was there every day of our visit! We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to our friends and family! We can't wait to return next year! (Even when we say we aren’t booking anything again, haha)

Best hotel on the strip! great mountain views. It has both indoor and outdoor pool both heated. Such a relax vibe through out the hotel. Mini golf, corn hole, basketball courts not much of a game room; there are some arcade machines. Near by there are lots of great restaurants and a bowling alley close by. During the forth of July you can see the fireworks from your balcony. Six flags great escape is about a 12 min drive so are the outlets. I recommend and go every summer.
