"Nice and comfy but couple issues…"

Place has superb location, very close to downtown and the stadium. Staff is friendly and attentive (particularly Angel). Rooms are clean and comfy. Only issue was payment on my reservation which has been a real headache… Also, breakfast is not free, which is very disappointing.

We are nurses and we hang out and when we hang out, we’d like to stay at the Holiday Inn the hotel don’t tell Holiday Inn Jordan and Justin are awesome and we will be returning

The hotel in itself is fine, but the location isn't great to visit downtown. You can't comfortably walk to town, but they do offer a free shuttle service until 20:30. It felt a bit disorganised as well, as they didn't have key sleeves or parking passes when we checked in and we weren't informed of the breakfast process (you have to get a voucher at reception first).
