Great location, and lovely front office staff.. However, our room was totally unacceptable. Bedsheets were stained on arrival, carpet was dirty and old – – in need of immediate replacement. The bath/shower was leaking and dangerous. The windows in the room where filthy – – making it difficult to look out The official company photographs of the bedrooms did not match the unacceptable third world room we were given. The breakfast offering was unacceptable and seriously overpriced.

I had a lovely time in the hotel,,,, I enjoyed a lot the Location right on the beach the restaurant was super and the people really friendly!!! The rooms are a bit old but clean,,,,, I also enjoyed the yoga classes every morning they were super good & relaxing…..Definitely would come back 🥰🙏

The good.. -Modern TV -VERY comfortable bed. -Some of the staff try hard. -Restaurant staff is EXCELLENT! The bad.. -Old windows, dirty -Bathroom is old and outdated. -Some of the staff should be fired! -Front desk staff focused talking to each other. -Breakfast food is below par for a Holiday Inn. -Building is not secure - delivery people go right to rooms and who knows who else. -Pool is old and outdated. Good and bad.. -Location is mid-beach area. So far from restaurants and bars. Quieter than other areas.

Such a nice place! Wish the pool was heated! We enjoyed yoga with Gabriel twice and we highly recommend! Dan at the tiki bar was the best service we had over our five days here (thx for introducing us to big Bob iguana who posed nicely!). Comfortable and clean room with keurig and fridge made for a great base. Trolley proved convenient. Rental car for the day was just across the street too (upsell wasn’t appreciated). Good shower pressure but backward cold/hot labels!

The hotel is an older one but somewhat upgraded. Beds are very comfy and place is clean. We came to enjoy the beach but unfortunately it was rainy, but it made me look what else they offer. Every day where are free yoga classes and Gabriel is an excellent instructor who is there every morning and with such dedication and professionalism he is leading you to a better version of yourself. Thank you! We can’t control the weather but stuff in the hotel is doing everything to make your stay great!
