our stay was quite and relaing. Room was clean and it had 2 chairs , yeah. And Rachel at the desk was excellent. Rachel met the 4 P's of public contact. She was polite professional, personable and productive. Just the right person to start your stay with.

Rachel at the desk was very kind and helpful. Lauren, the bartender, was also very friendly and very helpful for restaurants in the area.

Bed was great, loved the bar, the people at the bar were very friendly. The location was decent, I was there for work but it was nice being so close to the beach. On Friday the noise level was decent at the lobby/bar but on Saturday, there was a soft ball thing or something, some guests were a little loud but it was okay. I still enjoyed myself. The room was clean when I got into my room, the bed was so soft. The stay at this hotel is definitely worth the value of the cost. Overall, the atmosphere was very chill and I really enjoyed the comfort of the hotel.

First room had a strong mildew/ damp carpet type smell. Front desk gave us a new room real quick. Second room had a hole in wall behind curtain, The beds need to have different frames, I kept kicking the corner post on frame , surprised no one hasn't broke a toe. Hotel elevators need make over jn side; panels have holes and handles are loose. Hotel needs a good cosmetic name over. Staff is very friendly and helpful when needed.

Rollin shower bathroom needs some work to fix draining issues. Water leaks all over bathroom and out in the room. The carpet is sour from the shower. Front desk and restaurant staff are friendly and helpful. Lobby and public areas are updated nicely.
