First time at this Holiday Inn. The rooms was very clean and loved the additional hooks (can always use more in hotel rooms in my opinion). Gym was small, but functional. Location is fantastic and what made the stay wonderful was the staff (service was top notch from check in to storing bags on the day of our departure). The only feedback is the bed could be a bit more plush (I don't love a firm mattress), but overall it was a great stay. Thank you!

The hotel is in a great location. 10 minute walk to MSG, 20 minute walk to Rockefeller/Times Square area, lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. The staff is extremely friendly and lets you check your bags before you check in and after you check out. The elevator is quick and the rooms were clean.

Super friendly staff! Easy checks and check out. Shockingly spacious room. Convenient location. Very clean hotel from lobby to restaurant to room. Only noisy thing was the heater in our room, but not terrible. Very calm and relaxed atmosphere.

The bathroom was a bit small. However, the shower was nice - the water heated up fast. Liked the long mirror outside the bathroom. We arrived earlier than the 3p check-in. It was a relief to see that our luggage was tagged and secured in a separate area. The hotel also used a wire lock and pick-up numbering system for the stored luggage. This allowed us to explore Manhattan on our first day and also to continue after checking out on our final day in NYC.
