"Just OK"

My 2 night stay was just ok. I stayed here to attend A&T orientation. The hotel overall was average. Clean, but my room was a bit dated. Other than a few guests letting their room door slam loudly, it was overall rather quiet a night. I was awaken to what sounded like gun shots or a car backfiring at 3am. I don't think I'd stay in this particular area of Greensboro again.

Recent stay at hotel. Location a little off path for my taste but for what was needed it was suffice. Stayed for weekend to attend neice graduation at NC A&T. Front desk staff were not as friendly or helpful as I have found at other Holiday Inns or hotels. Hotel and room were very clean and well maintained. Probably would not stay here again but if you are just doing a quick in and out stay in the area, this hotel is fine

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Fran serving at the bar/restaurant was great. She was kind and courteous. The food was good and reasonably priced All the staff was friendly and helpful. The elevator needs a little help but worked well. Would stay here again

Terrible experience. When we lifted the toilet seat, the underside was filthy!! it hadn’t been cleaned. Bathroom Cleaning 101; this is a basic must do. Couldn’t unsee that nasty sight. We will look elsewhere for accommodations next time in Greensboro.

"Best visit ever"

A few years ago I was working in Greensboro and stayed at this hotel. The bar tender Fran was awesome. I just went back last weekend and happened to run into her. I was with my daughter and said to her, I wonder if she will remember me. Fran overheard me and said yes I do. I was so excited because it has been a few years since I was there and had a great time catching up. Fran is a wonderful person, great bartender and one of the nicest people I have met. I look forward to seeing her again.
