This place is the cleanest Holiday Inn Express we have been to. We go to many. The personnel are so friendly and professional. When you first enter, you immediately think you are part of the family. The owner and his family are there everyday providing a incredible breakfast and greet everyone. When you leave the hotel, you feel like you are leaving family. I recommend this to everyone but want it to be our hidden gem.

Bob the manager is so nice and super helpful. We had a tough time because of the FAA shutdown. When I called with my problems he was so calm and nice. He solved everything and gave us great tips for our stay. He gave us suggestions on how to make the most of a bad situation. He knows his stuff. We followed his advice to the T. The rooms are clean and updated. Nice enough view from the top floor of the balcony. Fantastic employees. One of the nicest and cleanest Holiday Inns we've stayed in. The rest should take a lesson on how to make a bathroom look updated and clean. FABULOUS stay.

The hotel is nicely located within walking distance to the beach (to watch the sun rise) and the pier (to watch the sunset). Can’t get a more perfect location. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The pool heater was broken so that hindered swimming in the pool. Hot tub would have been a nice amenity. The rooms are quite small compared to other Holiday Inns we have stayed at.

Hotel in quiet area. Next door to Publix which is convenient for a quick trip. Staff was outstanding. Breakfast has a nice spread. From cereal and yogurt to eggs, sausage and bacon. The only quibble there was the fruit salad each day was in tiny plastic cups that are normally used for salad dressing. And also they were passed out and not available to just pick up. It is very convenient to all sights. There are several nice restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed our stay

Staff was great but we arrived to find both elevators out of order. The owner was very short with the staff in front of guests. The usual sweet rolls at this chain were cut in half and dry. But, the price was right and the beach nearby is broad and lovely.
