My best friend and I stayed here from April 15-19, 2026. I also stay here at least once a year for the past 4 years with my husband. The same wonderful people are there. The owner, Farid (no spell) is in the breakfast area every morning cleaning, talking to everyone, giving out fresh fruit cups that are perfect for the beach, handing out fresh blueberry muffins. The breakfast is amazing!! He asks if he can do anything to make our stay better or if he can help navigate the area. Also, our room attendant Mary is so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms are very clean and spacious and the location is prime. Thanks again for a great vacation.

I am currently staying at The Holiday Inn Express Vilano Beach, St. Augustine Fl and I am so impressed by the Hotel,The Staff and the amenities that I wanted to write a review right away! My husband and I arrived late. (9:00 pm) I am an IHG rewards club member so I booked and confirmed on the IHG app. When we got to the hotel everything was ready for us. Room keys, parking pass and a warm greeting by Delancy. The Standard King room on the third floor was small but all new and clean and well appointed with a private balcony. The staff at the breakfast room was friendly and excellent. The complimentary BF foods were well prepared and surprisingly abundant. Including a machine that made fresh pancakes!! 🥞 the lady who works In the breakfast room was so lovely, she came around and offered fresh fruit salad and muffins! ( I didn’t catch her name but she was very pleasant) The hotel also provides complimentary beach paraphernalia like chairs and coolers and toys and wagons on a first come first serve basis. There is a pool and a small gym as well. We were only here for two nights but I would definitely come back here and stay again!! Also if you are on a tight budget, you can get very reasonably priced grab and go food from the Publix right near the hotel.

Clean, well-maintained hotel just a short walk from Vilano Beach and a quick drive to Saint Augustine. It’s far cleaner and nicer than the Hampton Inn across the street, where we stayed previously. The staff provides exceptional hospitality, making you feel truly welcome. Breakfast is fantastic, with real eggs, homemade muffins, and fresh fruit. I would highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel was BY FAR the most service oriented Holiday Inn Express I ever experienced. The staff from the front desk, maintenance, breakfast crew and luggage help was top notch. The breakfast was better than average. Highly recommend.
