It’s an above average Holiday Inn Express. Prime location only a few steps from the Vilano Beach and restaurants. 2 floors. 50 rooms. Our room was a bit dark (had only one smaller window), but the balcony was nice and spacious. Breakfast is the hit. Even the owner comes by for a chat, and serves fresh fruits. Small indoor pool. Parking for a fee. We’d recommend this hotel.

Our group of 4 adults stayed here in mid January 2026. we stayed in the family suit. that had 2 rooms and 2 full bath rooms. (this was ideal for 2 couples). The room had the two separate rooms , one with 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper with its own full bath. the other room had a king bed and full bath. rooms were connected by a center mini kitchen with micro,fridge, and cabnets, table and chairs. The hotel is located across the bridge from the upper part of downtown. not easy walking distance to attractions, however it is a short walk to the beach. its also just across the street from the grocery store that makes getting supplies super easy. There is an extra fee for parking that we found reasonable compared to other properties. (all of the hotels charge a parking fee) always found a place to park and you can come a go as needed. hotel amenities included a free breakfast that we found to be above average. there was scrambled eggs , bacon, sausage,buisqites, gravy, pan cakes, and more. several beverage choices . As an added touch, we liked the daily visit by the owners, coming by to say hi and ask about your stay. offering fresh fruit to the tables. The heated year round pool was in an enclosed area (closed with garge doors for the season) we did not use. Rooms were cleaned and re stocked every day (without us having to ask for it) so we always came back to a nice cleaned room. sleep quality mostly depended on your neighbors. the people with the little elephants in the room above us could be heard until they left. A fan for some ambient noise helped with that. the room had good shades to block out the sun . the bath came with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and hand lotion that we liked and used daily. The combination of location, price, amenities , service, and quality, made this hotel a prime place to stay doing well above average in all ways. The only thing that could improve this place , is putting in a hot tub. great job to all the staff and owners. we enjoyed our stay and would most definitely stay here again .

This place has their act together. From the friendly and helpful receptionists to the kitchen breakfast staff everything went smoothly. Great low key vibe in the hotel which reflected the surrounding Vilano Beach area. Ideal location about 6 walking minutes to the beach, and at least 4 good restaurants within walking distance distance. A bonus was a Publix across the parking lot. A basic stopover on the way south to Port Lucie turned into unexpected pleasures. We will return to this area next year for a longer stay.

This hotel is the best Holiday Inn Express we've encountered. The staff was excellent, the hotel breakfast included items not usually found in Express hotels such as scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, etc. Someone even came around offering fresh fruit. We chose a deluxe two queen bed room and it was huge. Only nit pick we had was the $12 parking charge which was listed on our bill as a resort fee. We didn't see the justification for that parking charge, frankly.

This hotel was great! Rooms were clean, newer and spacious. The breakfast was really good for hotel breakfast and they accomodated food allergies our family members have. They provided beach wagons with supplies and towels which was so convenient. Wish their pool was outdoors though. Workout room small but adequate. Only complaint was our room backed up to the ice machine so that noise could be annoying and the a/c unit was hard to regulate. Even with the temp turned up it would be super cold but then when not running room could get warm.
