Had a 3 day reservation. Called in advance to confirm I could use cash. Checked in at 8:30pm after flying in, but the clerk refused to take cash. In addition, she was quite rude and would not assist with anything. She stated no hotels take cash around there. I pay cash all the time for hotels. The hotel does not deserve customers. Walked across the street to Hyatt. They took cash and let me stay. They only had 1 night, so went to another hotel the next day. They took cash too. Disgusting treatment because how rude the clerk was. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again.
