The customer service from the front desk worker, Cynthia, was terrific. She was able to find our reservation and make my family feel comfortable. The lobby is ergonomic for work. The cleanliness is notable. Great place.Great service. Highly recommend.

Easy access from the SR 99 freeway. The hotel looked very new and well maintained. The front desk was very accommodating when I asked for a top floor room. In fact, our room was quite spacious with plenty of room for our luggage and miscellaneous bags. The room was fresh and clean. The only negative thing was the single small elevator in the building which was situated in a tight space. The free breakfast had a nice assortment of items such as scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, bagels, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, and of course their signature cinnamon rolls. I especially liked the coffee machine that ground the coffee beans before brewing your cup of coffee. Our stay was very quiet and comfortable. We had no issues with anything in our room. I'd definitely stay here again if in the area.

This gem of a hotel is one of Modesto's best kept secret. The staff are happy and welcoming. The rooms are clean and nicely appointed. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure. The bedding is top notch, so much so that I am purchasing the same bed as what I slept in at the hotel. Right off of the freeway, close to Costco (gas station at location), restaurants and a mere 10 minutes away from Holy Family Catholic Church.
