Holiday Hills Resort at Branson features a year-round indoor pool and hot tub, four outdoor pools (seasonal), an 18-hole championship golf course, two movie theaters, a game room, an onsite fitness center, and sports courts including tennis, basketball, volleyball, disc golf, shuffleboard, and tetherball.

This smoke-free resort also offers a computer station, barbecue grills, billiards/pool table, and more. Each individual room provides comfort with separate dining areas, a full kitchen, heating, ceiling fans, furnished balconies/patios, and more.

Silver Dollar City is approximately 12 miles from the resort and Branson's Theatre District is less than seven miles.

This is AWFUL - avoid this place. The rooms are nothing like the photos. We are on the bottle level of an apartment type thing, no elevator, concrete retaining wall in front of the window, tiny kitchen, no washer/dryer, very small living room, no fireplace, nothing is as advertised. The room holds 6 but we are packed in line sardines. Incredibly disappointed to have driven 9 hours for this. The pool, arcade, etc are about 2 miles from our unit so there’s no walking over to it, we have to get in the vehicle and drive up there. Absolutely false advertising I wish we could leave, but we already spent our money here (booked well in advance) and it’s spring break so unlikely we will find anything else.

This resort was amazing. 10/10. Indoor pool, playground, quiet. Bldg 3..facing the street..wonderful! Free laundry if you don't have w/d in your villa. Ethan, the activity director, is excellent and kind. Great stay.

The pictures listed for the 2 bedroom villas are not the same as the old shoe box they will put you in. Been vacationing through RCI for over 20 years, by far the worst experience I have ever had. And the management was extremely unhelpful and did not care. Will never stay at the resort as long as I live and don’t recommend it to anyone! All the pictures listed through RCI are for their ambassador suite, but they will tell you the shoe box is what you booked. It’s a joke!

Fantastic, large heated pool. Activities for kids. The presidential suites are roomy and well appointed. Plenty of towels in bathroom. Location: OK for downtown Branson. Cons: No elevators. Very bad for seniors and those with mobility issues. Not as clean as should be. Dried food in sink. Gas fireplace caused really bad fumes, afraid to use. Lights in kitchen and bathroom did not have turn off switch. Presidential suite had the oddest triangle shower with almost no water pressure. Not many TV channels. There was a washer and dryer, but did not use, so not sure if it worked.
