The hotel is ok. Not great, not terrible. I found the room to be adequate but starting to show its age. The balcony chairs were rusted which wasnt nice. My biggest issue was noise, especially from one of the elevators. I took off 1 star specifically because of the elevator noise. I was even a few rooms away on the other side of the hotel as the elevator and I could hear it running inside my room. Very frustrating. I hope they fix it.

Disappointed to say the least, hair in the shower drain, hair around the sink-not ours! No real restaurant in the hotel-more like pub grub. Breakfast was buffet, overpriced and not good at all, went once and never went back. Tried to book my wife an appointment for a spa treatment, spa permanently closed, they just never took down the signs. We stayed on the sixth floor, just seems like Hilton put a thick coat of paint on an old Hotel.

The hotel itself is OK. No frills but clean and comfortable. EXCEPT it has the noisiest elevators I’ve ever encountered ever. We were at least 6 rooms away from the elevator and heard it stop on every single floor, over and over and over again. They shut down the noisiest one at around 11pm, but it starts up again early in the morning. Hearing it is like torture, and you can’t not hear it. We lasted one night.

"Good, but could be better"

Though not on the beach, the location is good and for the most part so are the rooms. The rooms have a mini-fridge, microwave (which friends stating at the Hilton Hawaiian Village said their rooms lacked), coffee pot, etc. Our lanai had a view of the harbor, which was nice. Other reviewers complained about the beds, but we slept fine. Like others we could have done with less elevator noise. It would also have been nice to have local TV stations. Another annoyance was that while the room would not be service until our fourth day, it only had two coffee packets and cups.

Do not stay here. We stayed for one night that is all we could take, elevator noise kept us awake. Front desk gave us a $100 credit and a fist full of era plugs!!! Beds were essentially futons and were like sleeping on lumpy marshmellows. All the staff was wonderful , but the place is a dump. Electrical and pluming problems as well.
