"Lovely hotel in a lovely part of the world."

Had a wonderful two night stay here. We had a two bed suite with fire bowl. Very spacious and the outdoor space is an added benefit. The hotel is situated in a beautiful part of the world. There is a shop close by which is great. The only things missing are plates and cutlery in the rooms. Toiletries supplied are very nice. Plenty of areas for eating at the restaurant, inside or out. Easy to get to many walks and trails in the area. The pool at the spa is adults only and very peaceful. You can purchase a s’mores kit for the fire bowl. This was such fun (although we bought our own Lindt chocolate as we don’t like Hersheys). Shower/changing facilities at the spa are very good and the staff there were very helpful and friendly. Stargazing demonstration was an added bonus, fantastic.

"Red rocks"

This is a very nice hotel although the complete front entrance is under construction right now. We were promised a room with a view of the red rocks and we actually had a view of the parking lot, but they didn’t really have any other large family suites to give us as the others were taken. Other than that, it was a really nice property. The gym and fitness center are lovely in the pool area is well maintained. There are a number of restaurants and a few shops directly in front of the hotel so we never ate in the hotel.

"Don't get the breakfast option"

My family and I stayed in a one-bedroom suite with two queen beds. Although it was advertised as being around 550 square feet, it didn’t feel particularly spacious or upscale. This may have been due to the visible wear and tear—such as rusty bathroom pipes and dusty AC vents. While the exterior of the property looks luxurious and spacious, the interior of the suite felt outdated and in need of renovation. I chose the “breakfast included” option during reservation, which was about $50 more than the room-only rate. However, we still ended up with a $130 bill at the restaurant. There were no clear instructions on what was actually covered under the breakfast package, so we ordered freely—only to find out later that most items weren’t included. The lack of clarity was frustrating and resulted in an unexpected charge.

Location is right when you enter Sedona. About 10 min from Uptown where all restaurants/shops are. Hotel was clean, comfy beds and pillows. Even gave me a bday gift: complimentary bottle and dessert. Very nice of the hotel! Spa was great-relaxing & pool. Regular pool is not so great. Felt like a motel pool & needs upgrade. No food or drinks available nor lifeguard. Lobby was nice & good happy hour. Elevators hard to find, I kept getting lost. Most of all: need more signage. More signs as to where the elevators are. And at the parking lot area. We didn’t know what parking area was near our room. Please label parking lot A,B, C, etc, near your room. Very confusing! Work on signage!
