Another amazing visit to the Branson Landing! Love seeing Scotty B every time we pull up at the hotel and throughout our trip. He is always so eager to help and loves talking to us and especially our son. On the drive in, our son asks multiple times "will Scotty be there when we arrive??" It's one of his favorite parts of the visit :) Can't wait to see you next time Scotty!!!

I’ve not experienced lodging offering so little for so much. $358 per night, including $22/night for parking. No extra washcloths or towels in the room (2 of each only); no hand soap in the bathroom, only in the shower; no coffee or breakfast options in the facility, only across the street at another Hilton hotel; and a very uncomfortable bed. This facility does everything to squeeze every dollar from guests. Luggage carts are available only through a bellhop, not guest use. The room is clean and the facility is conveniently located to the “Landing”. The amenities are consistent with a $65/night Motel 6, not a $358/night luxury hotel. I can obtain a courtesy cup of coffee at the Microtel in Independence, KS - for less than $100/night. We will NEVER visit this facility again and makes me question Hilton hotels in general. This is Branson, MO, not Chicago, Kansas City, or Denver.

This is our first stay at the Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing, and it has been a wonderful experience, especially as travelers who rely on accessible accommodations. My husband uses a wheelchair, and unfortunately we’ve had many stays elsewhere where “accessible” doesn’t truly mean accessible. We arrived with a truck full of medical equipment and supplies, and valet Dylan immediately stepped in to help. He quickly loaded a luggage cart, helped my husband safely transfer into his wheelchair, and personally brought everything to our room. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine respect made us feel warmly welcomed after a long day of travel. The accessible room has also been excellent as it is spacious enough to move comfortably with a wheelchair, with furniture and fixtures positioned at appropriate heights. For anyone traveling with mobility needs, both the thoughtful service and the truly accommodating room have made this stay a huge relief.

I am a diamond member with Hilton and have been for many years. I stay in many hotels each year, and I must say our experience at this hotel has been one of the best I’ve ever encountered. I took my family down to Branson for spring break and we are all thrilled we stayed here! The rooms were large and very clean, the location was so convenient, but the service is what stood out the most. Heather checked us in when we arrived-very late at night right-and she did everything she could to welcome us and give us 5-star treatment. The night before we checked out, we had some questions for the front desk and Janelle was so friendly, so helpful, and so accommodating. We will book here again just because of the service…thank you to everyone but especially Heather and Janelle!
