"OUR BEST AND UNFORGETTABLE STAY AT HILTON IN NAPLES !!!!!!"

We were received remarkably warmly in this hotel. As soon as we entered, the very pretty lobby, we appreciated the cleanliness. The maintenance and housekeeping staff are active everywhere. The reception team is particularly efficient, friendly, very pleasant. They are undoubtedly great professionals. Thanks to Isabella, Jackson with whom I learned a lot about the region. The room was nice, large, and bright. I now congratulate the cleaning staff, (Thanks to Laura ...) The breakfast (not a buffet) is served by excellent staff ! We appreciated the Menu and liked omelettes with salmon ! I remember : Tonya, Cindy, Rom, Azael ... Thanks to them. Our holidays were marvelous with them ! We also enjoyed the evening at the Shulas Bar and restaurant. High quality . We will return to Naples to this Hotel. CONGRATULATIONS AND A BIG THANK YOU TO THE MANAGEMENT AND ALL THE MOTIVED STAFF ! A huge work is done in this establishment !

"Good Choice in Naples"

Well-kept hotel; the style in the lobby and rooms is somewhat old-world but generally not dated (although bathrooms could use updating). The front-desk staff members were of high quality. The gym is quite nice and the pool, although fairly large, could benefit from some added greenery and more-attentive cleaning. The attached restaurant, a steakhouse, is okay but expensive, although nearby food options abound (several only a few minutes by foot). Overall, this hotel is a good choice for stays in Naples.

Not sure if I stayed somewhere different but here is my honest review. On arrival we were checked in and sent on our way, only on checking facilities did I know about pool ,gym, restaurant and shuttle to beach, approached reception to be told oh you are only here 1 night!!! Actually we are here for 5 nights. Staff barely looked up and zero interaction from anyone.The lobby is stunning but don’t expect that to continue to your room. Rm dated and bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. Asked for firm pillows, pillows arrived quickly but exactly the same decided to buy my own.Went to pool holding a water in a bottle to be told not allowed anything at pool that hasn't been purchased. Overall disappointed. Our trip has included a number of hotels and I would have to say 2 star possibly 3
