We had a great experience at this hotel. The person at the front desk (Lofti) was very courteous. He answered all our questions patiently and made sure that we had a pleasant experience.

Nice comfortable hotel located near American Dream. No walking access to anything, must drive for restaurants and anything else. Lobby clean and comfortable. Water temperature and pressure were lacking most days. Front desk staff were great. Forget trying to communicate with maids unless you speak other languages. Overall, I would stay again

Super annoying that there were broken lights, broken window shades, the bar closed earlier than what was posted. They really blew it with these things

I was extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism displayed. The staff clearly lacked proper training regarding the hotel's room offerings. Our assigned room was unclean and showed significant wear and tear. The only staff member who demonstrated courtesy was the young man working in the gift shop. We were misled about the availability of our room, and attempts to find a suitable solution were met with little cooperation. Despite their website advertising king suites, the hotel staff informed us that such rooms do not exist, nor do they offer connecting rooms. It would have been better if they had been honest and simply stated they gave our room away. The staff clearly needs additional training, especially in customer service. To make matters worse, they told us we could stay somewhere else because they messed up our reservation. We paid for a king suite but received a standard, dirty room.
