I had a wonderful stay at The Park Hotel. The front desk staff, especially Raul, and the Bsam team gave me a very warm and friendly welcome. Their hospitality made me feel comfortable and well taken care of from the very beginning. Thank you for such a great experience, I truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism!

We had a huge issue with our reservation. We booked through a third party (Orbitz), the hotel was sold and our reservation was not transferred. So we are there, it’s sold out, with everything else around also sold out, and Raul totally took care of us. We are so thankful for him!!!! As far as the hotel, it’s super close to MetLife, but know that you cannot walk there. The rooms are fine. The bed was comfortable, the main area was updated, but the bathroom needed some attention. There is a Starbucks in the hotel with regular prices. There’s also a restaurant/bar in the hotel that’s open until 11pm.

Great Location! If you are attending an event at MetLife Stadium this is a great option. They have shuttle service. The room was nice and clean plus a decent size. Service at the front desk and restaurant were great. If you require shuttle service it is first come first serve. So sign up the night before or early morning. But I would definitely stay again!
