"I should’ve stayed home"

We stayed at the hotel for a dance convention that was taking place in site. I chose to stay there due to an early start time for the convention and wanted to make things easier for my daughters. I should have stayed home and take the 1.5 hour drive the morning of. The room was 80+ degrees. Could not make it cooler. Bathroom did not look clean. Front desk staff had an attitude. A fire alarm went off, but not throughout the entire hotel because apparently emergencies are “floor dependent” as the front desk associate told me. So when my teenage daughter had to wake up my younger daughter out of a dead sleep and walk her down 12 flights of stairs while I was downstairs getting a bite to eat with a friend, I had no idea what was going on. I tried calling corporate to lodge a formal complaint but was only able to reach central scheduling. I was then informed there was no corporate number to speak to anyone about my issues and was told to try speaking with the front desk. The same front desk who was dismissive and rude. The only positive I will say was the manager on duty for the weekend. He was apologetic for my experience and did what he could to make things right. Overall, I would never stay at this hotel again unless they have a serious revamp on cleanliness and hospitality.

"Not a good stay"

The air conditioner was extremely noisy throughout the night, to the point where I had to switch it off at 4 AM just to get some sleep. Additionally, the shower was leaking, which significantly reduced the water pressure and made it quite inconvenient.

"Beware of Bad Service"

This was my 6th visit to this hotel, the first 5 were with Hilton as the brand. This was by far the worst stay in every aspect. The check was ok, but everything after that was a mess! They literally have guests go into a mail room to get their Amazon packages, no need to verify or sign anything. I could have left with someone else’s package and no one would be the wiser. My room wasn’t clean when I arrived and wasn’t serviced while I was there for 2 nights. The staff have a don’t care attitude. The restaurant is a joke and the Starbucks in the lobby was probably the worst I’ve experienced.
