We had a wonderful, relaxing time at the spa!! Debbie gave me an amazing facial, then she and Cheryl relaxed us with a couples massage!! They were both professional,yet funny and made our visit so comfortable.

We have always enjoyed are stay at the Hilton on Marco Island. Been here several times. Rooms are great and the beach access is wonderful. The restaurant staff not so much. The food was very good we ate at the restaurant several times, lunch and dinner. Our dinner experience was not pleasant. We ate dinner twice during our stay and had the same server. She seemed preoccupied to wait on use or get the order right. Too busy with her phone and love the eye rolls. Restaurant manager Matthew and Chef Abdel were very kind and helpful. Server Galdis, if that was her name ,she didn't have a name badge on, was not.

My wife and I had another wonderful vacation at the Hilton Marco Island Resort. We arrived and were happy to see that Miguel was working and able to help us with our luggage. He is such a caring and nice person. Rachel, Mallory and Kervinson were so helpful and accommodating with anything we needed. The hotel is fortunate to have the three of them managing the front desk. They are professional and yet they make a guest feel special. It was nice to see Jillian managing the pool area and Simon was hard at work. One night we had dessert in the restaurant and we were greeted by the hostess Elizabeth who has only been working there for a short time. A few minutes later she informed us that she would also be our server. She had a bubbly personality and did a great job. We were also happy to see that our favorite server Didi was still working. He stopped by the table to welcome us back and asked if we needed anything. One more person that I cannot fail to mention is Robert at the beach. He has been helping us with our chair and umbrella set up for the past few years. My wife and I both know how hard it is to find good employees and have them work out. We also realize how rare it is to receive good customer service. This Hilton has excellent employees who provide great customer service.

Beautiful rooms, beautiful pool, beautiful beach and great service? What else could you ask for! The sand is white and the ocean was a perfect temperature. Even the water sports team was friendly. We got two chairs and an umbrellas at the beach. The drink cart comes around for service as well. Thank you Trish, Alicia, Mallory, Rachel Kervinson, oksana, Susan, Roberta, Kennedy, Max, Lisa, Kim in events and even the banquet bartender Nadine! So many more to recognize!!
