"Awesome hotel with one massive flaw"

This hotel was comfortable. Clean and well appointed. Great hotel for families visiting the area. Why I had to give this hotel 1 star is the control of water temperature in the shower. My room was 110, very close to the lobby, so I wasn’t on the top floor etc. I barely got warm water for my shower. I hate, hate hotels that restrict how hot the water is. It wasn’t even hot, barely warm. Now, I will remember that and not return here to stay, just lost my business

"Clean and hospitable"

What a delightful experience. The rooms are maintained well as well as very clean. The housekeepers do an excellent job. I would like to make a special shout out to Josie a breakfast attendant for her kindness and excellent service as well as Sobrina the front desk agent. Also appreciated the breakfast cook for all four mornings. Excellent job to these staffers as well as when i checked in on 2nd shift on the 7th of September. The FDA was very kind, helpful and promoted the hotel and the area for good places to see while I was here. Would stay again without even thinking.

"Great Stay for the "Dells""

We stayed here a few years back and we wanted to return because of it's location and what it had to offer. We were greeted by Bryan who was very welcoming and helpful to us. He stated that he was new to the position and to please hold on a few moments, to which I said that was perfectly fine. Our room wasn't ready for an early arrival (which was fine), we went out and enjoyed the "Dells" and came back later in the day. We had been upgraded to a nice King Balcony room on the corner Room 403 and we really enjoyed the room and view. Everyone was great and friendly. We also love the bar that is in the lobby area and if your in the pool area you can get food and drinks too since the have a pool window walk up. We will defintely return.

"Very good stay"

The hotel was very nice. Even though it was very busy, rooms were quiet. My only complaint is I have stayed at Hilton Garden Inns in the past and always had a free breakfast. Had to pay for breakfast here, and it was not all that good. There is a great breakfast place just down the street.

"Great Hotel and Restaurant!"

I was in the Dells on business and I chose the Hilton Garden Inn for my one night in town. The modern room was spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly which I always appreciate. Since it was raining I decided not to go out for dinner and instead ate at the bistro at the hotel. The food and service were very good with reasonable pricing as well. I had the chicken sandwich and thought it had great flavor.
