"Staying near the Tuscon airport"

This is an older HGI and you can tell when you enter the hallway to the rooms. The lobby/entrance is updated but not the rest of the hotel. The front desk person, Monica, was lovely- always smiling and friendly. My room was on the first floor- the carpet is old and dark. There is dim lighting in the room. The TV is small and doesn’t have streaming. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The food in the restaurant was not good but prices aren’t bad.

"Excellent Hotel, First Class Service, Great Location"

We've had the pleasure of staying at this excellent hotel multiple times. You always know that Hilton Garden Inn is going to be good, but this one is extra good. Situated at the southern edge of Tucson, it is close to the airport (but, somehow, there seems to be no airplane noise) and highways. This makes it especially handy if one is just doing an overnight in Tucson, while en route to another destination. While we love Tucson, the traffic is appalling, so this gem is ideal for those, like us, who would rather hop off the interstate and stay at the edge of town in a quality hotel -- in a quiet area -- thereby avoiding Tucson's relentless congestion. Remember, airport hotels are not just for people who are flying! A very extra special "thank you" and shout-out to Isaiah at the front desk who was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, and cheerfully and happily helped with our special room request. We had a lively chat with him. People like Isaiah make stays particularly memorable and enjoyable. This is now my regular home-away-from-home while in Tucson. Outstanding job everyone. See you next time.

"Amazing"

Check-In was very fast. Warm inviting lobby as always by Hilton. Staff at front desk very welcoming and warm as well. Parking is plentiful. Restaurants in close proximity.... walking distance, shuttle is available for airport. Shuttle can be pre-booked. Breakfast was plentiful with plenty of options, no complaints…. Wonderful service as always. Evening reception menu was plentiful, no complaints and lots of options on menu. Wonderful service and great conversation with bar staff. Gym facilities and equipment are enough to get by over your stay. Room is clean and well maintained. Lots of space for storage. Mini fridge, Keurig and microwave in case you need. Fluffy towels and available body-wash, conditioner and shampoo. We booked the room with Peloton Bike, was very convenient to have and use anytime in our room. Over a excellent stay and highly recommend this hotel. We’ll be back.

"Pleasantly Surprised"

Given the last few reviews, we weren’t sure what to expect. Our experience was excellent. The front desk staff was extremely accommodating from giving us a very early check in to arranging us a seat on the airport shuttle the next morning that had previously indicated as full. We had dinner there which was delicious! We had the oink burger and open face caprese sandwich. Fries were excellent! Very personable efficient server. They have a cute pool with a mini lazy river which we didn’t get to try but looked fun. King Room (348) was clean, roomy with a spacious bathroom. Will definitely stay here again. Can’t compliment the staff working there enough.

"Stick with what you know"

I come to Tucson twice a year. I always stay at the Doubletree by the airport the first and last night in Tucson. Someone suggested this hotel. Not sure why I considered changing what I always do. I got to this hotel and the first set of keys didn’t work. Second set worked. Opened the door to a very small room that was badly beat up. The air conditioning made the room smell horrible. The bathroom towel had a stain and it looked like the bed was recently sat on. I turned around, dropped off the key and went to the Doubletree.
