"Appalling parking service. The worst!"

Please consider staying somewhere else. The hotel is ok, and location is good, but there are other hotels with better premises and location near by. The worst thing about this hotel is the parking service or valet. Expensive, slow, poor demeanor specially at night. One night we came to the hotel at around 10:20 pm and one of the valet guys was blocking the entrance (so no one could come in and bother him) while he was sleeping inside a customer car. I had to come through the back entrance and park the car myself. Then he got out of the car and stumbled towards me. I reported him to Front-Desk. I will never stay here again.

Lovely lobby. Very warm in atmosphere on the cold December nights of our stay. We were welcomed by the woman checking us in (I missed her name) with uncommon courtesy and cheer. Our room was meticulously clean and in good repair. We extended our stay by a night. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the river, restaurants, and shops. We enjoyed the December market during our stay.
