"Great stay at HGI Oklahoma City"

As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I like to stay at different hotels across the Hilton portfolio when I visit a particular city. With a 2-night stay in OKC, I stayed here on my second night and it was just as nice as the first nearby. As I always do, I checked in on the app and chose my room. However I did not get a Digital Key as I usually do at various properties. So when I presented myself at the front desk to get a plastic key, I was told that this hotel doesn't have the Digital Key. Check-in was otherwise flawless, and soon I was in my chosen room. My room had plenty of space, a view of both a baseball stadium and another hotel. WiFi, Climate Control, and TV all worked well. No issues with the bathroom either -- plenty of counter space and no problems with hot water. After a long day in hot temperatures, the room provided a comfortable, cool place to relax in the evening. I had to leave fairly early the next morning to catch my Amtrak train, so I did not partake of any breakfast on the property. Overall I was pleased with this stay, and would recommend it for those staying in OKC in the future.

I had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bricktown! The location is awesome—right in the middle of all the fun spots and close to lots of restaurants and the riverwalk. The room was clean and comfy, with everything I needed to chill after a busy day. Big shoutout to the valet guys, Kamden and Rhett. They were super friendly and made parking and getting my car easy and stress-free. They really went out of their way to help, which I really appreciated. If you’re visiting Bricktown, I’d definitely recommend staying here

The Hilton Garden Inn Oklahoma City Bricktown location is absolutely beautiful and exceptionally clean! Delaney the Manager was so courteous and exceptionally thorough with any assistance I inquired about and any information I needed! Michael at the front lobby desk was also awesome! I was there from out of state to attend a family wedding, along with many other family/friends who also stayed at this location, and we were all very satisfied with our stay! The staff was very helpful and kind from the front desk, restaurant bar/kitchen, housekeeping to the valet parking! I felt very safe at this location. There is so much to do within walking distance. The inside pool also came in handy when the weather acted up! So overall - a 10 out of 10 review for me!

Awesome experience in bricktown. The hotel staff was very accommodating and our arrival/departure was very smooth. The room was nice and had a good view, and it’s in a great location. Lots of places walking distance you can check out. Special thanks to James the valet for taking care of my bags and bringing us our car!
