"Lovely room and very nice stay"

We were in the area for a graduation, and stayed here for a week at the end of May. Really liked the hotel, and its location. The elevators all worked, and our room on the 8th floor, had a lovely view towards the City. The area could not be more convenient, with a restaurant around every corner. All staff members were polite and friendly. The front desk had smiles, waves and greetings every time we passed it. We did not have a car, as our daughter, or son-in-law picked us up, and took us anywhere we wanted to go. We would go out and sit on the bench in front of the hotel to wait for them. The valets would offer us water, and were, always , very solicitous about our welfare. The only thing that we were not too happy with (and that is not the hotel's fault), is that at the time we were there, there was a huge childrens softball (I think) tournament going on. The hotel was filled with kids and their parents. All that activity does not bother us, however, in the evening when we went to dinner downstairs, there were no tables and no chairs. Many of these teams had brought in stacks of pizzas from outside. Some were doing puzzles, or playing games using the dining tables. We saw that there were others, who were, also, inconvenienced. There should be some policy about leaving several tables for hotel guests, who wanted to dine in the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants in that area, but we had not planned to go out. Especially, on that one night when there was a storm with very heavy rain. We, only, went across the street, and were completely soaked. Still, we would love to stay here again.

Great location! We stopped in Oklahoma City for a night during our drive from Pittsburgh to Arizona. Very Clean and I can’t say enough good things about the staff… from the Valet to the front desk. We would stay there again.

As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I like to stay at different hotels across the Hilton portfolio when I visit a particular city. With a 2-night stay in OKC, I stayed here on my second night and it was just as nice as the first nearby. As I always do, I checked in on the app and chose my room. However I did not get a Digital Key as I usually do at various properties. So when I presented myself at the front desk to get a plastic key, I was told that this hotel doesn't have the Digital Key. Check-in was otherwise flawless, and soon I was in my chosen room. My room had plenty of space, a view of both a baseball stadium and another hotel. WiFi, Climate Control, and TV all worked well. No issues with the bathroom either -- plenty of counter space and no problems with hot water. After a long day in hot temperatures, the room provided a comfortable, cool place to relax in the evening. I had to leave fairly early the next morning to catch my Amtrak train, so I did not partake of any breakfast on the property. Overall I was pleased with this stay, and would recommend it for those staying in OKC in the future.

I had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bricktown! The location is awesome—right in the middle of all the fun spots and close to lots of restaurants and the riverwalk. The room was clean and comfy, with everything I needed to chill after a busy day. Big shoutout to the valet guys, Kamden and Rhett. They were super friendly and made parking and getting my car easy and stress-free. They really went out of their way to help, which I really appreciated. If you’re visiting Bricktown, I’d definitely recommend staying here
