We flew in from NH the day of the ice storm and the city closed down. We had planned this trip 2 months prior, it was our first time in Nashville. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, and helped facilitate an early check in. The hotel got very busy as more and more people lost power. Despite the incoming calls, steady check ins and general questions, the entire hotel staff remained calm, professional and friendly. The hotel was clean, the room was exactly what we booked online. Housekeeping did a fabulous job keeping up with restocking amenities and keeping everything clean. The onsite restaurant had great food (shout out to Vick!) the cheeseburger, wings and vegetable primavera were all excellent. The dining room supervisor worked hard and kept everything running smoothly. Last but certainly not least, Vanessa was behind the bar making awesome drinks and is also a culinary expert. She was great at keeping us happy, full and smiling . All while behind the scenes the entire hotel staff was dealing with a horrible weather crisis. It was not the Nashville vacation we had hoped for, but it was Hilton for the win! We will definitely stay again in warmer weather next time.

I had a great stay when visiting Hilton Garden Inn Nashville. Hotel located in a good spot, very close to Vanderbilt and a short ride to Broadway. Hotel was clean and stay was comfortable. I would stay again!

I stayed at Home2 for work then came over to HGI for dinner and some drinks at the bar. Food was pretty good, just a little expensive drinks were good as well and the bar tender was very friendly. The night before Boston was at Home2 but was at HGI the night I was there. Once again he was very friendly and helpful, while maintaing the Cars in the drive.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The valet was very nice and helpful! The room was clean and a nice King size bed, coffee pot, microwave and refrigerator. Everything you need!
