The hotel features include a restaurant, tiki bar, and rooms with free WiFi. Rooms are non-smoking and are furnished with a microwave, refrigerator, and cable TV as well as a coffee machine. Some rooms have a balcony and a sofa bed.

Enjoy the Florida sun in the outdoor pool, nearby is a hot tub. Guests can also take advance of an on-site business center and fitness center. An hourly shuttle is available to the Key West city center and Old Town. Bicycles are available for a fee. The Garden Grille restaurant is open for breakfast buffet and dinner. The Salty Lime Cabana Bar is located pool side to provide lunch and dinner options daily. Swing by for daily food and beverage specials.

Here is my week experience 8/5-8/12: multiple occasions of false and inconvenient information, excuses rather than solutions, and unhygienic parts around the room. 1. Initially was given a room without the number of beds I booked/paid for, which was immediately corrected. 2. Every bottle provided (hand soap, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel) appear half used and have not been wiped clean of dust or dripped product (pictures for reference). There was a wipe-able brown stain on the toilet handle and hair on the shower door on arrival. 3. Prior to our arrival, I was told there was an airport shuttle when there in fact is not one. 4. I was unable to have my dirty clothes laundered on 8/11 due to early pick up, although I had the laundry bag dropped at the front desk before 8AM as the service form says. 5. The woman concierge had a poor attitude and was outwardly frustrated with booking details when I asked/confirmed about receiving the printed 20% discount on bike rentals for two. 6. Was told by 3 different front desk members that the pool offered by a sister property closed at 11pm. I spoke with the manager on duty this morning, 8/11, about my concerns regarding the incorrect information and inability to now have my clothes laundered due to leaving the hotel tomorrow . I was presented with an apology which then was followed by excuses. In regards to the airport shuttle, I was told "I don't know who you spoke with and there is a shuttle to Old Town." In regards to the laundry service, I was told it is coordinated with a third party who picked up early this morning, 8/11. I was told they will ensure the third party follows the times that are promised to guests, although, I feel this should already be happening and not be followed through on account of my loss. Terry, the concierge lead, made up for the woman's attitude, as he was fantastic to speak with! At the end of the manager and my conversation, I was given a $40 account credit to be used at the pool bar or lobby convenience shop "due to me paying for everything up front and there not being a way to charge me less." This offering was not a solution to anything we discussed as nothing we spoke about was financial. Additionally, I was unaware that I did not need to pay the entirety up front, as that was how I thought I booked this stay. I must say my expectations coming to Hilton were not high, rather neutral and unassuming, but at this point I do feel displeased with the overall experience and service received.

We checked in on the 1st, August for a birthday weekend. The lobby was average size but very clean! Check in was easy, we made our reservation on Booking.com so there was an issue with rate which we eventually got fixed. On our way to the room our eye met the breeze way “walk way”! I know it’s the out door Key West Island style, but the walk way could use a very much needed power wash! The elevator was like a sauna, please, take the stairs instead, thank me later! We got to the room which was a poolside, courtyard view. Not bad to be honest! Room 219, it was clean, the bathroom was a decent size. The flap to flush the toilet was on right hand side, which seems a little strange, but no big deal. The sink was slow when draining. Again, it was clean, but could use a little updating. Now, where I had the biggest issue was the BREEZE WAY! Please, please, please, power wash your breeze ways. It’s not fear to people paying so much money to open their room doors to a filthy walk way. All in all, the staff was friendly, they do have a desk in the lobby to book your sunset cruise or you snorkeling. The hotel shuttle run on the hour to the historic downtown district of Key Wet. Make sure you have Comfortable sneakers or sandals and get ready to walk. Yes I would return, but please again, wash your breeze ways!

My family of 4 and some friends with their children stayed here in late June. It is an average Hilton and was about what I expected. Pros: - Very friendly and helpful staff, from the front desk, to housekeeping to bartender at the pool - Appreciated having a small fridge and microwave in the room - Drinks and food at the pool were decent and comparable in price to other hotels - Shuttle to Duval/downtown area is free - Can make use of the "sister" hotel next door which has some amenities that this Hilton does not, this was a very nice perk Cons: - Biggest complaint I have is the upkeep (or lack of) at the pool; the pool itself was filthy, full of floating bugs and other debris and needed to be scrubbed, vacuumed and filtered with a net - This is a mid range hotel and not a resort; it charges resort and parking fees, but this hotel is like a standard one you would go for a few nights, not a destination resort; it suited our purposes but I would not classify it as a resort - Rooms need updating - Housekeeping was spotty, some days came very late and some days not at all Overall I would recommend this hotel for a short stay or just a place to sleep while you explore Key West. It suited us, but isn't a resort.
