Some rooms have a balcony and a sofa bed.

Check-In and Out was easy😃 Hotel in front of VERY busy road, can be hard getting into and out of and this is the slow season😳 Overall comfortable bed, yet, it’s makes a lot of noise getting out of and into it!🤫 Nice pillows. Plenty of hot 🚿 shower water and good pressure😃 Room came off clean😃 In my opinion, close to everything😄 Front desk was great about communication😄 TV is terrible, not much channel selection and the few chancels we had didn’t match up with menu😒 Also the words or voices from program shows didn’t match the sound, they were seconds behind😡 $15 parking for being a guest with them, great idea, I’m going to start this idea when we have friends visit us😂😡 $17 for breakfast, is a no! It was okay, but we weren’t overwhelmed, just another average hotel when you expect a little more from a Hilton🤨

Don’t believe the reviews when people say this place is not worth it because it is. The staff was so friendly at all times of the day and night. From housekeeping, pool bartender, wait staff, and front desk I have never seen a more accommodating and friendly staff. The breakfast bar was very good. The variety will not leave anyone hungry. The portion sizes of ordering off the menu are large, so expect to have left overs. The shuttle arrived in time to take us to downtown. The driver was very friendly and didn’t scare anyone with their driving. Safety first on every ride. Renting a cabana was a little difficult but when I spoke to the front desk staff the difficulty was resolved in less than 3 minutes. Yes the hotel is an older building, but that didn’t change my view of giving this trip a five star review. Key West is built around the older buildings and this just added to the charm of it all.

This place was recommended by our neighbors because it is quiet and far from the qvtion. The room was clean, adequate, and quiet. However, we had multiple issues during the stay. The biggest issue was the shuttle, which did not show up to return us to the hotel after breakfast on 9/1, even though we were 5 minutes early and waited over 35 minutes before having to call an Uber at our own expense. There was also no working ice machine on the right side of the building during our stay, which was a major inconvenience, due to my recent foot surgery. The elevator had a very strong moldy/musty odor and when I pressed the button to go up a young man (a little heavy set with dark hair and pale complexion) whom I believe was from housekeeping pressed the button to close the door. The pool was nice and refreshing but the floor could use a good cleaning, and the ladder was loose from the wall. My husband, who is of medium stature, had trouble climbing up because it was pulling off the wall. The young lady at the front desk was very kind and sweet and Terry the concierge was helpful. However, if you are using and advertising a shuttle, the hotel should be able to contact the driver. (We were on hold on the phone for over 20 minutws on 9/1 waiting for someone to unsuccessfully get hold of the driver to find his whereabouts.) Otherwise, the hotel should not be advertising the service. Don't use the excuse that it is a 3rd party, and you have " no control" over this service. Overall, due to the unreliabity of the shuttle and the lack of responsiveness of management, we will not return. There are too many other places to choose from in the area. I will add that the hotel staff did give us a late checkout, which helped since we were not able to return from breakfast until after 11 am, due to no shuttle at 102 William St. They also waved resort fees. With that being said, this experience did not ruin our trip but will look for other accommodations next time.

From the reception, the front stage staff are quite awesome, having Theresa and her team with polite and unique welcoming approach and quick to response. At the Restaurant is another super special services as you have People like Shahira, Justin Nuuyi, Frans, Grace, Vickie and Victoria, Lydia, Linda,Maria, Kappa, Fiina, Erica, Aisha, Enoch, Ephraim, Aina,Ember and Sulia. These chefs and servers are all understanding because they can easily adapt to customers need with respect to making guests feel at home with their unique hospitality. At the room cleaning services you have Liesha, Mageret, Ana and a few others. They're all ever ready for neat job. Thank you

Awful experience all around. Security deposit is not a security deposit by the way. I paid $00 for it and they sent $100 back. Didn't tell me that. Security was rude and mean. Can't bring your own drinks to the pool.
