Some rooms have a balcony and a sofa bed.

Enjoy the Florida sun in the outdoor pool, nearby is a hot tub. Guests can also take advance of an on-site business center and fitness center. An hourly shuttle is available to the Key West city center and Old Town. Bicycles are available for a fee. The Garden Grille restaurant is open for breakfast buffet and dinner. The Salty Lime Cabana Bar is located pool side to provide lunch and dinner options daily. Swing by for daily food and beverage specials.

Renovated Motel with 40.00 per day in extra fees for “Resort Fee” and parking. The good- front desk staff ladies from Hungary were very accommodating. Room was renovated and clean but very basic. Not worth the rate charged and I have stay at numerous hiltons due to work travel. The negative -“Resort fee” included shuttle to Key West but it was Full at times chosen. LOTS OF UP CHARGES. Next time I will choose the nearby Marriott which offers same experience, same rates, but no up charges. Will Not stay here again.

The staff was so nice. There is a shuttle that takes you downtown every hour. Beds and pillows were comfortable, rooms were clean. Grounds were kept clean. The pool has a pool bar with friendly staff there as well. You do hear road noise when sitting by the pool. And it is in a higher traffic area. But for the money in Key West it was fine. We were out and about all day and just slept and bathed there.

I arranged our trip to Miami and the Keys and chose this hotel for 5 couples to enjoy 3 nights. While it was neither our fault nor the hotel's fault that the road between the mainland and the Keys was closed due to a fire, this hotel made every wrong and poor choice in how it treated its clients. Granted you may not have unfortunate circumstances impact your stay, but if you do, this hotel does not care. They charged us a parking and resort fee for a night we did not stay because we physically could not reach the hotel. Look I understand that they charged for the room to keep our reservation, but to charge us for fees we did not get to use is not poor business but poor ethics. The hotel does not distinguish itself in any way beyond a normal Hilton Garden Inn. It is expensive because it is on Key West even though it is the opposite far end of Key West. Beyond the poor experience we had with the management, the hotel was fine in other respects. However, it was not worth an extra resort fee, especially when you did not even get to stay there.

Paid extra for room with a view. This foreign front desk person thought a wall was a good view to pay extra for, shower small slippery and property needs a little tender loving care. It needs paint, new mattress and staff that understands the billing system.
