Room and lobby are nice. Bed was very lumpy and needs to be replaced. Sheets and pillowcase dingy. Closet with shelving very nice. Room came well equipped. Desk agent was extremely nice and helpful. Would have been higher rated but for old lumpy mattress and linen.

Stayed overnight on our way to Topsail NC. We picked this hotel because of the suites. It's perfect for a family, with lots of room and bedding options. The room and hotel itself were clean. The staff were friendly and even offered up complimentary cookies upon arrival. They have a pool and a nice outdoor area to sit and relax. It's conveniently located around lots of stores and restaurants.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is super nice. Byron, at the front desk, was so helpful. The pool was clean and warm. The beds are very comfortable. There is also free breakfast and they have a restaurant for dinner (we didn’t eat here but it looked good). Highly recommend!

"Reservations I was told could be changed can not!!! Beware!"

I made reservations and was told I had until June 13 to make modifications. As we didn’t have times yet for a competition, we booked the dates we thought we needed with the knowledge the dates could be adjusted until the 13th. Now we are being told by the manager we can’t change them, only cancel the entire reservation. If we do this competition in the future, I absolutely will not even look at this hotel. I feel like they did a bait and switch on us.
