"Fleas in room"

My stay was August 24-29. When we arrived and got room keys we were given room 312. After wiping down with Lysol wipes I turned back sheet to spray bed there was a big wet spot that went all the way to the mattress. After I called they sent someone with sheet but he told them something in Spanish and he left and came back with a different room key for us the move. We moved to Room 405 which had fleas. Didn't know until I turned back sheets and they were at the bottom. Told front desk she left note for general manager S. Kendall, he called me after I had left and he said that the exterminator had finish and said it wasn't an infestation and I shouldn't have taken any home. He said he was going to call back after he received the picture and videos I had email. He hasn't return calls and voicemail i left. I tried to work with him before leaving the review. My husband was also bite but not bad as me because he wore pajamas pants and I didn't.

"Very disappointed with my stay in “Hilton Garden Inn” @ Miramar beach , Destin"

I wanted to say that I had many issues during my stay from 8/4-8/8 of this year 2025, the sink in my was totally clogged, there was a liking from the toilet, I had to put toilet paper constantly ,to avoid the running water and the bathroom fan didn’t work properly, the bedside lamp wasn’t working, I reported all those issues the next day and just was resolve the problem with the sink, I was told that I had to request the room to be cleaned one day in advance. When I came back from the beach the following afternoon/evening, the room had not been cleaned, and I had to go down to the front desk to ask for clean towels. In addition when I told to the front desk person that my room wasn’t made , she was very rude I have not experienced anything similar at a Hilton hotel.”

"Safe place "

Nice clean establishment positioned in the middle of everything, right across from the outlet mall and a five minute walk to the beach. Rooms on the front feature balconies, ours (404) had a partial ocean view where we could see the daily status flags on the beach. Would definitely stay again.

"A mediocre experience"

We stayed here for five nights for our family vacation. Although there are some perks to this hotel I'd say overall it's more of a two night "quick trip" hotel vs a longer stay. It's a Hilton and I expected it honestly to be better. Perks- Breakfast and Dinner available daily, full bar, decent pool, and pretty good location being only two blocks from the beach. Negatives, they allow dogs (which normally I don't care about because I have a pup) but owners would let the dog poop in the front of the hotel on the pinestraw and not pick it up. So it would just sit there...forever. Granted the owners fault, but still gross. The bed and pillows were alright at best, and they don't offer any proper room service. They will "say" you get room service but what you actually get is a change of towels and garbage taken out every other day. No beds made, no vacuuming etc. They don't give you pool towels without signing a daily paper everyday for fresh towels. They are none located by the actual pool and the towels they give you are dollar store quality. I know this sounds like a lot of negatives but overall the hotel staff was good, and again, if you get a good deal on this hotel and just stay a few nights it's really not that bad. It got more intolerable because we stayed for five full nights.

Stay somewhere else. Housekeeping threw away my things (or stole them). Management wasn’t responsive or helpful. I’d love to know the results of their “investigation”. The breakfast is expensive and not very good. The service was a hassle, took me 35 minutes to get towels. My whole stay left a sour taste in my mouth. If you can afford to stay somewhere nicer, do that.
