"Incredible Hospitality & Spacious Rooms – Perfect for Business or Leisure!"

I just got back from a business trip at the Hilton Branson Convention Center, and I have to say, I was seriously impressed. As a business owner, I spend a lot of time in hotels, but the service here really stood out. Upon arrival, there was someone ready to help me with luggage, open my door, no wait to check in, they offered extra water bottles, and there was an amenity with my name on it when I arrived. The absolute highlight was the staff—they were attentive and genuinely kind. I was greeted everywhere I went, even just hopping on the elevator or walking around. There's something very charming about Branson. They all cared about why I was staying and if I was having a good time. Staff members always suggested new things to do! It created such a warm, family feeling that you don’t always find. At one point, I was totally lost trying to find my meeting room, and a staff member actually stopped what he was doing and walked me all the way to the other end of the hotel just to make sure I made it. I felt so taken care of. It became very apparent that I did not stay long enough! There is SO much to here. A staff member suggested I visit the Branson Hills Golf Club/course --Very well kept and a gorgeous clubhouse. Also, a huge plus: the rooms are actually much more spacious than the photos online make them look. I had plenty of room to work and relax. Almost too much room (which is the best feeling). The bathroom was the same size as the bedroom! Very very clean it felt and smelt brand new! Highly recommend this spot if you’re heading to Branson! It was worth every penny. I will be coming back!

"Conveniently Located Overpriced Hotel"

This hotel is definitely not up to Hilton standards. I have stayed at many other locations in the past across the US and this one was very overpriced. The restaurant is not owned and operated by Hilton, and I would not recommend it because the service sucked and the everything was overpriced. As for the hotel itself, the luggage valet guys were very nice, helpful and friendly. The front desk staff depended on whom you were dealing with at the time. The room was clean when we arrived, and housekeeping kept it clean while we were there. It is conveniently located near The Landing and away from the main Branson strip. The room itself however needs some serious updating. The photos on Hilton's website and the photos posted on this site by management do not reflect the current state of the hotel. The A/C did not work properly unless you took it off of AUTO and put it on HIGH; overwise it would shut off and the room would get hot. It was in the 90's when we visited. The bathroom was in a sorry sad state. They show you nice glass showers in pictures but in reality, you get an old tub shower. The shower flooded the floor even though we used the shower curtain and turned the spray away to the wall. It also had hooks for refillable shampoo, conditioner, and soap bottles but they were missing. The water line to the toilet was rusted. The mirror frame was worn in several spots. You could hear people talking and slamming doors and the person in the room next to us showering in the morning. If you get a room with a view of The Landing, like we did, you will hear freight trains nightly as the pass by because they blow their horns for the crossing. Now let's get to the cost and how they rip you off at this location. Our room rate fluctuated from $310 on a Monday to $250 on Tuesday and Wednesday to $385 on a Thursday because a convention had come to town. When I got home and called to inquire about the huge price fluctuations because they do not show you this when booking, the agent on the phone said the price is determined by how many guests are in the hotel. More guests equal higher room rates according to the agent. I would think that it would be the other way around, no? Less guests more money and more guests less money. They charge you a $30 a day "destination fee" which you have no say and have to pay. They charge for parking because the city owns the garage across the street that you have to park in. They will give you a $10 credit if you go eat in the crappy restaurant which they claim they do not own or operate. In Missouri they charge you a room accommodation tax, a tourist tax and regular tax on the room. I would not stay here again if I go back to Branson.

"Stepped Up Its Game"
TripAdvisor user rating 5.0 out of 5

The Hilton Branson Convention Center has considerably stepped up its game. The service was outstanding, from the front desk greeting to the prompt valet. We were upgraded to a condo room, which was much appreciated. It had a separate bedroom, 1 1/2 bathrooms, a full-size refrigerator, and a big screen TV. There is a $30 convenience resort fee, but unlike resort fees at other properties, you get value in return with two daily cocktails, complimentary bike use, and $10 food credit daily. The Level 2 restaurant could improve service and food quality on Labor Day weekend. We waited 1 hour for cold omelets. We did not say anything because we were hungry and didn't want to stay longer. Overall, we return anytime we visit Branson.

We asked front desk how much for King room said $230.00 plus added another 30 dollars after said we would take it. Then I get my Discover Card and they charged me $377. A night!!!! Of course they wouldn’t print off papers just thru email. Liars! And their Level restaurant was a joke for the money they charged. And Branson Missouri is old and dirty! Never again.
