My wife and I stopped in Asheville NC and stayed at the Haywood Park Hotel, Ascend Hotel Collection. The hotel is beautiful and has a lot of history. It is right in downtown and close to everything you need. I would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed the hotel very much. Great location and the staff was very friendly. The glass of champagne at check in was a nice touch. Also, found the history of the building interesting.

We arrived around 12 am and found a most beautiful hotel and a most pleasant Susannah at the front desk. Elegant features and decor with the most wonderful amenities. Valet was efficient and quick from Richard. The woman in the gift shop was knowledgeable, tender and sweet<3 We had intended on leaving the review the day of but unfortunately had very poor service in our travels. Thank you for the great stay and special thanks to staff for making it all so easy. Most notably Susannah, Abe, Dana, Richard, and Tim.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel itself was very neat and clean, and the location couldn’t have been better— amazing restaurants within walking distance. The staff was great too! Tim gave us great food recommendations and went above and beyond by sending a fan to our room since I’m pregnant and needed extra airflow. Dana was also very helpful and friendly, always making sure we had what we needed. The valet service was excellent as well- Abe and Richard were always quick to bring our car around and greeted us with genuine friendliness each time.
