"Not a good experience"

We had a very frustrating experience with the valet service. My boyfriend parked his car with valet, and my key ring was inside his car since we traveled together. My keys (which have a Buc-ee’s keychain) were mistakenly taken out of the car by someone in valet. We didn’t realize until we were already over 40 miles away. I called the front desk and was initially told they did not have any keys. When I called again, they said they had seen a key ring with a Buc-ee’s keychain the night before — which were mine. Because of this mistake and the incorrect information we were given, we had to drive an extra 80 miles round trip to retrieve my keys. This caused us to miss parts of our itinerary and pay extra for gas, all because of a mistake we didn’t make. Very disappointing experience, especially after paying for valet service.

"Great downtown location"

We had a great experience from start to finish. Excellent customer service, from valet to front desk. Hotel is a very cool renovation, and in excellent location. Our room was wonderful, very spacious with a comfy sofa & the biggest bathroom I’ve ever seen in a hotel (double sinks)! Good price point for downtown Asheville.

"Anniversary trip"

The hotel was in the heart of Asheville and was adorable. It was beautiful on the inside with some old charm. The valets are super attentive when you arrive. They not only were there to park our car but they even helped us with getting our belongings on the cart and in the hotel. The check in process was super easy and efficient. The rooms were enormous, comfortable, and quiet. Would absolutely recommend.

Such a fantastic space repurposed from a gorgeous department store. So cool! The customer service was top notch, the rooms were spacious and delightful, and the location couldn’t be beat!
