"Weekend visit to Asheville and the NC Arboretum"

From the time I had to call for late arrival until the moment we checked out, our weekend stay was wonderful! This was a weekend with my two adult daughters and we had a late arrival so they didn’t miss time from work. While at the desk checking in, a polite young man came and asked if that was my car outside and would I like to use the valet parking. We did, and when we needed the car, it was easy to retrieve via text. We got up to the room to find it very spacious and the sofa sleeper pulled out and made up for one of us to sleep on. We would stay again.

"Our favorite stay in downtown Asheville."

We go to Asheville a couple of times a year, and have stayed at multiple downtown hotels. Haywood Park is our favorite. It is right in the middle of the downtown district- a five minute walk to almost all of the shops and restaurants. The rooms are nicer than most- especially for the price. The hotel is a historical building that originated as a department store. The layout is very cool. A short walk to several rooftop bars. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

"Beeping that keep us up all night"

Our experience in this hotel was ruined by the constant backup beeping of trucks all night. I wear earplugs, and I could hear it. When I spoke to the front desk about it, they admitted it was an issue, but shrugged and said the city was responsible. They know it's a problem, but they sell rooms on the side of the building that suffer from it, which is bad business.

We loved our stay at the Haywood Park Hotel. The location was perfect for us to explore downtown Asheville. We were able to walk to all of our restaurants and shopping which was important to us. The rooms are huge and we loved staying in a converted department store. The building has great character and charm. The staff was very friendly. The valet service was prompt and easy to access. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Asheville.
