"Great customer service"

We arrived late one night and the lady at the front desk did a great job checking us in and taking care of our needs. She was extremely helpful and so kind. She was professional and welcoming.

Shame on Hilton! Booked while traveling so did not check reviews! Filthy! Disgusting property! No info on website re renovations! Should be closed! We were too tired to not stay after seeing how nasty it was! Room smelled, carpet was damp, wallpaper taped! Room 334!

"OK Stay"

I recently spent 1 Saturday night at this Hampton Inn & Suites with my wife, daughter, and son on our way home from Jacksonville. The hotel did have posted that renovations were in the air, and it was obvious that the hotel is in need of such action. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and the room (2 Queen with sofabed) was plenty big for our needs. Though the room was pretty clean, it was definitely showing its age and need for renovation. The sheets for the sofabed were dirty, so we didn't use them. Also, the air conditioning was not functioning well, which led to a somewhat uncomfortable night's sleep. Breakfast was pretty standard fare for Hampton's, and though they stated that breakfast was from 6 AM to 10 AM, by 9:45 they were already removing items from the breakfast room, so we had to grab stuff before that happened. In all, the stay was ok, but as you can see, there is much room for improvement, some of which (hopefully) will come with the renovation.

I’m only writing this because I really wish someone had written before we stayed recently. This property is in shambles.. mattress stacked outside your window to prove.YES it is being renovated but have to say I really don’t want to pay to stay in the mess there of. Not a good experience ..

"Lied to by front desk- old, terrible hotel"

Stay anywhere but here. I saw from website that they were remodeling. I called to see the status and was told one wing was complete. I was told to call the morning of my check in to reserve a room in that section. I made the call and was told by the woman that she found me a room and reserved it. When I showed up later that day the front desk actually lied to me and told me there were no renovations completed. I went to that floor and the cleaning staff said yes certain rooms were done and I saw people going in one of the rooms. I did not appreciate being lied to. They put me in a so called upgraded room which was horrible- old, smelly, and both beds creaked every time you moved. Terrible- go somewhere else.
