This hotel steals points from HHonors guests, we made a reservation for Memorial weekend. My wife had work plans change, hotel refused to move our dates or cancel. I spoke to the General Manager April and she flat out refused to help us!! Beware of this hotel and it’s management!!!

Overall the hotel is fine. Nothing spectacular and certainly not up to normal Hilton standards. Maybe that's why the property is being sold. There is a sign at the front door announcing the purchase. My issue is related to a problem that started with housekeeping and was in my opinion mishandled by hotel management. It started when housekeeping came into our room. They only service the room every other day. We left several shopping bags on the counter which contained a number of things including paper plates, personal items, and other souvenirs, along with a few personal things. We immediately notified the front desk. The on-duty manager offered to have someone search the trash but who wants to eat snacks out of the garbage. We didn't notice the other items missing until the following day. The on-duty manager continues to insist the matter is closed because she gave us paper plates and plastic utensils. But did nothing about the lost souvenirs and other missing items which cost roughly $150. I will never stay at this property again. If you do, I highly recommend hiding any personal items or storing them in the car

Our company booked 3 rooms for a week for our employees that were working out of town for the week. The guys all said their rooms were great, very clean and good breakfast in the mornings. Also great location & walking distance to many places near by to eat since they all didn't have cars with them etc. The front desk staff who helped me book the rooms and their sales coordinator were great to work with. Made it easy for our guys to check in with no issues.

A very nice properly. Front office, rooms, ac/heater unit, parking great, However this hotel was not ready for guests on the first day of daylight savings time. Not prepared in the kitchen area. Out of almost every thing warm. And to top it off…..no plates, just small bowls. First time ever for us. And we have traveled with all the Hilton brands…all. Plus all the top choice hotels, all the Marriott brands and most all of the Wyndham brands. Ever try to put a regular size waffle into a 4-5 inch bowl. We are members of all the above.
