"Hilton Honors is no loyalty program"

The room was fine and the desk staff was nice. However the wifi required so much personal information I am worried it was a scam. The most disturbing thing is because I booked with Expedia I did not get Hilton Honors points. In order to get Hilton Honors points at this hotel you have to pay about 15 percent more. That isn't worth it to this CPA

2 days into our 5 day 4 night stay our window was busted out of our car. Here for NSO. Not knowing anyone here, and 10 hours from home we were hoping the Hotel GM/Manager would been a little more flexible and passionate about our bad experience.we were just a number and our stay was charged when we checked so our problem no loss for hotel. Because our NSO schedule didn’t fit into her typical work schedule we never spoke face to face with her. No compassion or anything for inconvenience . A 10 hour trip home with plastic wrap on our door. However I will say the kitchen lady was so compassionate and helped as much as she could.

I chose this property based on previous reviews. While I won’t necessarily say that I would never stay there again, I probably would seek out other properties first before returning. The shower had lukewarm water, there was a periodic odor coming through the bathroom ventilation, and the breakfast was just so so.

This hotel looks nice but the General Manager is terrible and very rude, I have never experienced a hotel that doesn’t care about showing hospitality to the guest who choose to spend their money there. Me and my family will never visit that hotel again

Miss AJ was absolutely hospitable checking in. She was knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed to enhance my stay. Hotel is located in a great spot with plenty of stuff to do in the area. My room was clean and very comfy. They have an indoor heated pool and a complementary breakfast!
