This would be a one star rating except the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. But....the rest? When we arrived on late Friday afternoon we noticed the hallway was filthy, garbage bag just sitting there, old food on a table. It was not til Sunday morning that the hall was cleaned. There was a hole in the wall in our room where a side light had been removed. No room coffee pods replenished and when we asked for them we were told they were all out. The breakfast area was a mob scene, not clean. The only good thing about the hotel was the convenience to the flower show. All in all, a horrible hotel.

My friends and I truly enjoyed the hospitality and just genuine kindness and assistance the entire staff at Hampton Inn Philadelphia Center showed us! Every employee we encountered spoke and made conversation with us. It made us feel safe and at home, especially since we are traveling women! Whoever who is the Manager is doing an extremely good job with this staff. We will definitely be back!

The first room I checked had a huge water bug on the drapes. I told the clerk at the front desk. I switched to another room and the bed linen was wrinkled and dirty. I went to another hotel.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn Center City–Convention Center while attending the American Society of Cell Biology Conference 2025 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. The location was extremely convenient, and overall the room was clean and well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk was very disappointing. I needed a little additional time to check out because I was preparing for my presentation on Sunday at noon. I called the front desk twice before my checkout time, but no one answered. When I called a third time, the front desk agent finally picked up and immediately told me I “should have called sooner.” When I explained that I had, she accused me of lying and said the phone never rang. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism. I attempted to speak with the manager on my way out, but he also responded with attitude rather than concern. This level of customer service is unacceptable and not what I expect from a Hampton Inn.
