"Great location and great service~"

We stayed 4 nights in June. It's a great location, friendly staff. They had cookies, which is always good. They have a shop in the lobby with drinks and food, a microwave, and a few gift items. Restaurants are within walking distance. We did drive to P F Changs one night which is not far, but the Graduate, an Italian restaurant Valentino's and The Row (country cooking) are just across the street so all within walking distance. We would stay there again.

"This Hotel is Gross"

I'm going to start with a positive, the hotel staff is excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, which can't be said of a lot of service industry staff right now. That said, the hotel is disgusting. I realize the Hampton Inn isn't the top of Hilton's line, but this place is rundown, damp and moldy. The tub was absolutely filthy, and the drain was rusty. The beds creak loudly like they're about to fall apart. The pillows are small squares, almost like throw pillows. Some of the light fixtures don't work. The dresser drawers don't close properly. If my trip had been longer than one night I would have had to go elsewhere. I didn't see any bugs, so, it's not a roach motel, but at the rate of decline this property is in, that's probably not far away. I knew about the parking fee in advance, so I won't complain about that, but it's pretty audacious to charge for parking at a property of this quality. I've stayed at better small-town off-the-interstate Hampton Inn's that are far superior and don't charge for parking.

"Parking fee is ridiculous!"

The place is centrally located. The service desk was friendly and the breakfast was good. The bad news is the room was old. The toilet kept running and the sink was backed up when you used water! Then you will be paying for parking at 35$ a day! In my opinion, find another place!

"Very Good Hotel - Exceptional Value"

This may be considered a budget hotel, but it's part of the Hilton family, so it's much better than budget-level. I had a room w 2 queen beds, and they honored my request for a low floor. The room was very clean, as was the bathroom, there were extra towels and also extra bedding. There was a note saying that if I'd forgotten anything I could get it free at the front desk, I got both a shower cap and toothpaste - very helpful! The air conditioning worked well which was important, as it was hot outside! There's a 24-hour gym, which I used. The elliptical worked, others were using the treadmill and bike, and there were weights - definitely all I need when away from home. Also, in the lobby there's always coffee available and I think cookies in the afternoon. The hotel provides free breakfast every day from 6am-10am, was not expecting much and was very surprised to see all of the following: waffles, muffins, bagels, cold cereal, oatmeal, sausage, eggs, potatoes, juices, fruit and yogurt. It's a very generous spread! The staff were polite and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!
