The facility is located close to all of the Nashville attractions of interest. The pricing is very reasonable, and parking, while pricy, is easily accessible and convenient. The staff are professional and friendly. Some noisy guests prevented a 5 star review, but management most likely would have intervened had I asked.

Do not pay attention to all the terrible revues here. I read them after I booked the room and it was too late to cancel. Upon check in, we were so pleasantly surprised that all the bad reviews were wrong. Yes, there are minor problems, but we saw staff constantly try to fix issues. Overall, this hotel and all the amenities were great!

This hotel was horrible so run down to be in downtown a the amount was payed was ridiculous. You should do better with keeping up with this hotel. Room was not up to part by far.

I have been a Hampton inn guest for over 20 years and have been a diamond member- this hampton inn contracts out the parking so you have a huge hastle to sign in a pay it separately, to make matters worse the fee to park is not $35 as listed - its ends up being about 42 or 43 per night with the tax which is very dishonest since when you pay to stay at other hampton's if there is a parking chage, its just added to the bill- I have never seen this before and will NEVER stay here again. There are other hampton's close by which does it honestly, I will stay there-
