"Not the Hampton inn standard."

Who’s managing these Hampton Inn’s? They are going down hill. This one was filthy. The Carpet and floors were dirty with stains in the elevator, the halls, the room. Stains on the wall’s. Sheets dirty like they hadn’t been changed. Found several of some else’s hair on the sheets. Shower moldy and in need of repair. My teenage son said “this is nasty I don’t want to stay here” that pretty much tells the whole story. We did not stay checked out immediately. Really gross!

"DON'T EXPECT ANY HILTON BENEFITS AT THIS HOTEL"

When I checked in I was expecting my Hotel Benefits but was only given water only not the snack and was told this hotel doesn't do that but being a Hilton they are obligated to do it.I called the Hilton Diamond desk and they confirmed that the Hotel is supposed to do it and even talked to the owner and was told that when I returned on the first evening I would get the snack but the peson on duty said the"Boss" said no only water!!

The room was clean but the carpet felt sticky. We had the handicapped room and it was very spacious just what we needed! The breakfast was very good, well stocked and hot.

"Worst Hampton Inn"

The gentleman who checked us in at the front desk was extremely rude and the room was dirty. Hairs in the bed and bath and the room had an old funky smell. Probably the worst Hampton I’ve ever stayed at. They also tried to double charge my card. Watch them closely and check your bill before you leave as they won’t try to help you after the fact.

Don't believe the rate. This hotel charges a 4% service charge for such things as 'room cleaning, toiletries, free wifi, gym, and pool'. The service charge is not advertised on the hotel website. Believe that a hotel should be honest about charges, and room cleaning, toiletries, and free wifi should be part of the basic room rate. Otherwise, the room was fine. Didn't care for the barn door on the bathroom. Few eating options nearby.
