"Rude front desk staff, unaccommodating management"

I am a "Hilton guy" and have stayed at dozens of properties around the world in 35 years in sales. I rarely have an issue, and when I do, I am generally ccommodated and always treated with respect. Not here. I needed to check out a day early. The front desk clerk snarkly told me that I would have to pay for another night because I didn't notify them the night before. I asked to speak to management and the woman could not have been less friendly or helpful. I come to Springfield every year for a trade show but I will never stay here again. I hope you don't either.

"Comfortable accommodations, great staff and breakfast"

We stayed for one night after spending the day at Six Flags. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the park and an easy drive. Parking was a bit tight and I found the left side of the building to have much better lighting outside. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and efficient, check in was quick. Our room on the sixth floor was clean and comfortable. Bed, linens and pillows were comfortable and the kids were happy they could sign into our Netflix account on the TV. Full bottle toiletries in the shower were appreciated, the water was hot and water pressure was great after a long day at the park. Plenty of towels as well. Breakfast on Sunday morning was served 6am to 10am and consisted of make your own waffles, western omelets, sausage, tater tots, fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, cereal, pastries/muffins, toast, english muffins and bagels. There was juice and hot coffee and a large dining area. The people working the breakfast area were constantly refilling and were very nice. The only negative thing is the noise, both inside and out. Because the location is downtown, it's very noisy with cars, motorcycles and sirens from emergency vehicles. I woke up multiple times during the night. Also, I could clearly hear the conversations of anyone who walked down the hallway in front of our room.

The hotel needs some updates. There is a lot of wear and tear. It was a good location and did the trick. Just needs some updating.

Nice hotel. Room and hotel were clean. Good location for basketball hall of fame. Breakfast was good. Had a western omelet instead of typical scrambled eggs. Staff were friendly. Used the fitness center. It was clean and all equipment worked as it should. Would stay again.

The late check-in was fabulous and fast. The hotel is very nice conveniently located. The bed was comfortable. The room is nice. It was a little older and rundown in the usual spot like the bathroom caulking. This hotel seen some use but fine place to stay, just not super classy and perfect
