Experience was good! Hotel location is fabulous for walking distance destinations. Nothing too fancy in the hotel itself. Beds were good. Staff were nice and courteous. Breakfast was ok. Fitness center was basic.

When we checked in the hotel, my husband asked the clerk what we needed to park in the their parking lot. The clerk said you would need your key. We were not offered a parking pass nor knew we needed one. We used our key to park, drop off our bags, and walk to eat and then to Mercedes Benz stadium to watch the SEC championship game. The proximity from the hotel to the stadium is excellent. When we returned from the game, our vehicle had a note on it and was booted. We went to the clerk that checked us in and told her the situation. She said there was nothing she could do and pointed to a sign that said we must ask for a parking pass upon check in. Then she said that she asked my husband if we needed a pass when he checked in. I told her that she didn’t, and she got very loud and dismissive. We asked to speak to a manager, but she said there was not one on duty and none that she could call. I called Hilton customer service. The customer service agent called the hotel and asked them to give us a parking pass. The hotel clerk told the agent that we weren’t staying there. We called the towing company and it took them two hours to get our boot off. We then left and went to another hotel. We booked the hotel through a third party, so I called them days later to try and get a refund. The hotel refused. The hotel had plenty of opportunities to take ownership and help us. They refused to take responsibility for their mistake. Hilton gave us points to use on a future trip. They are a great company and understood our situation.

This Is one of the most customer service oriented Hampton Inn I have ever visited! Every single member of the team was friendly, helpful, and proactive in their interaction. The facility was very clean. The rooms had everything we needed in the breakfast. Staff went out of their way to make sure we ate a great breakfast. In addition to location is incredibly practical for anything you wanna do near Peachtree Center or downtown all in all one of the better hotels I’ve stayed at just for value service and location.! team members like Kasey, Courtney, Marie, Darla and Vanessa all made a big difference through check-in during the day breakfast and checkout! I just wish every hotel had staff that was this good!

Booked my room via Hilton app, reserved parking for $35 per night. Used digital check and digital key which is designed to allow guests to bypass the front desk. Digital key allowed full access to gated parking lot, as well as all entrances to hotel and guest room. Car was booted the following morning. Hotel front desk pointed at a sign at the front desk positioned to be seen at check in indicating a pass is needed. However, guests using digital check in and keys would not visit the front desk by design. Having the lot accessible by the digital key gives clear indication that hotel guests are permitted to be in the lot. If additional clearances were needed, the hotel had a responsibility to ensure their guests avoided being booted and held hostage for hours in the parking lot where their guests are supposed to park. The front desk team washed their hands of responsibility blaming the entire issue on me and my neglect to see a sign designed to be seen at check in, despite their key allowing me access to the gated lot. The hotel missed multiple opportunities including reservation messaging, Hilton app messaging, welcome call, or possibly not even allowing the issuance of a digital key prior to arrival to require guests to visit the front desk upon arrival. They failed at all opportunities to provide a reasonable responsibility to their guests. It took almost three hours from my intended departure for the booting company to arrive to release my car causing me to miss an extremely important appointment that morning. The hotel blatantly refused to accept any responsibility and essentially took the attitude of “that’s what you get for not reading the sign.” It was a blatant failure of responsibility to their guest experience and an abysmal service recovery response. Worst hotel and service experience in years. I've stayed at many other hotels where additional clearance/passes are required, including others in Atlanta. Those hotels do not allow the issuance of a digital key prior to arrival, or they send messaging through Kipsu, or the Hilton app to ensure guests using the app to fully navigate their stay don't encounter parking issues.
