"I had a top-notch spa day at this facility!"

Started the day with a wonderful brunch on the patio overlooking the golf course. Had a wonderful mimosa and Caesar salad with grilled chicken on top. The service and the food were great. I went to the spa to check in for the day. There is a huge outdoor pool to enjoy along with the steam room and sauna as well as relaxation rooms. Completed the day with a relaxing massage by Steven.

"Golf trip"

I had an overall good stay at The Grand Over, but I was disappointed with how the late checkout request was handled. I called around 8:00 a.m. asking for just an extra hour or so before checkout, as I had a late tee time at 2:00 p.m. Unfortunately, I was told that I couldn’t be accommodated because I hadn’t called at 7:00 a.m.—a policy that was never communicated to me during check-in or by the attendant. Ironically, I was actually up at 6:00 a.m., so I could have easily called if I had known. Instead, I had to check out earlier than needed, which disrupted my schedule. Aside from this issue, the rest of my stay was enjoyable. The property is well-maintained, and the experience was otherwise positive. I just wish there had been better communication and a bit more flexibility at checkout.

This place is family first class all the way! From the pool area, Café, dining and gaming, to the room accommodations and golf facility. We did it all! We will definitely be coming back in the future for family stays. We are so lucky to have found this place and will be telling everyone we know!

"Luxury in the country!"

This place has the feel and look of a New York penthouse but in the country setting around a huge golf course. It is the nicest and most well kept exotic resorts I have ever stayed at. The employees were excellent and we have been here twice in the past 6 weeks. Our last stay we had a family emergency and had to leave just 4 hours into the 2nd day. The roomkeeper did not charge us for the day we had to leave due to our issue and that means more to us than anything else. We will be back, we will stay here again and we dont mind paying good money for great service and top grade luxury grade accomodations. If there were 6 stars you would have it. "Quick Weekend Stay"

This place was beautiful, Grand is fitting! My friend and I met up here for a two night stay. We attended a show in one of their ballrooms on Friday and explored the city the rest of the weekend. It's not near anything but it's not far either. My friend booked the room but I arrived before her. As she had checked in via her phone, she was able to call and let them know I was coming. Couldn't read the front desk person's name tag as her hair was in the way but she greeted me and was kind. Verified my ID and gave me keys to the room, directed me to the elevator and off to the third floor I went. I think we were in 311, a partial view of the pool, a rooftop with rocks and mostly the parking lot/highway. There was no noise BTW. The room was pretty clean, however, my friend did find someone else's hair in her bed. The show in the ballroom was great but they could benefit from some big screens for people in the back. The restrooms were luxurious. The art gallery within the hotel was small but beautiful. We visited the Finial Restaurant and let's just say, neither of us was impressed. We shared the crab beignets which were not beignets but more like hush puppies with crab. I got the salmon risotto I think and it was bland. The best thing on the plate was the mushrooms! My friend got the lamb and she said the same... Nothing to write home about. That lil cafe in the back of the hotel off the game room though ‼️ OMG they had this Shrimp Schwarma bowl 🤤 I had it two days in a row!lol. I should've gotten one to go! Parking was free and I was able to charge my car for a nominal fee. Great day but this place is tremendously overpriced.
