"Think long and hard—no room service."

Look, for a $1000.00/day for a VIP suite—-have a club, room service and a spa. I wish I would have stayed elsewhere simply based on food choices in this hotel. Additionally, while the room setup is pretty and I enjoyed the space, the furniture is looking quite worn. It looks great in pictures…but come in and remove the worn out items. Better coffee in the room.

"A very nice hotel in a good location"

This is a nice hotel with generally good service. We ate in the restaurant and it was also good. All of the service people were friendly. I would recommend to hotel management that they either offer small travel size bottles of the Balmain soap or don’t offer it at all- just give travel size bottles that are within the hotel’s budget. There was a large Balmain lotion in the bathroom and a sign that says you can use it but don’t take it out of the room or they’ll charge you $75. I just thought it was tacky and gives off the impression the hotel is trying to be swanky but isn’t. I understand charging people for white bathrobes if they take them, but the whole thing with the lotion was off putting, especially since there was no hand soap in the bathroom and we had to ask for it. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and it is a nice hotel- close to Union Square and restaurants and Starbucks!

Good location and reasonable price. The club was closed during my visit, so there is line to have breakfast in a small area and no happy hour.
