Located on Surfside Beach, the property is just five minutes’ walk from the premium Bal Harbour Shops. Guests can relax in one of the four hot tubs at this beachfront Surfside, Florida all-suite hotel.

A boutique gift shop, fitness center, and business center are on site for added convenience. The bar serves espresso and gelato treats, while the pool side cocktail bar offers refreshing beverages. The Restaurant provides indoor and outdoor seating and offers dishes inspired by classic French cuisine with international influences.

Awful service, 4 days without housekeeping after several requests, fr ok t deal has told me a half a dozen times they will send someone, but no one comes. Had to take my own linens off a housekeeping cart, and was told by the housekeeper that they were allocated for other rooms! Asked to speak to the manager and was told she was busy. All of this not good for the money spent. Only response I was given is that they would put a note in the computer. I’ve stayed in less expensive places and received better service

Terrible service. We stayed for 4 days with no service despite asking every day multiple times. Front desk is rude and unhelpful. The “manager” Jadyn Garcia was particularly rude and unable to provide any sort of coherent set of solutions.

Do not stay in the grand beach hotel surfside !!!! Disgrace of a hotel !! Had not had my room cleaned in 3 days ! We checked in a the hotel room was so dirty ! Front desk are the nastiest most unfriendly staff I have ever dealt with ! They yelled at us for demanding cleaning service ! They charged us $770 a night !!!! Oh and bring your own towels if you plan on taking a shower ! 3 days in a row I had to throw a fit to get towels !!! Never ever staying here again ! They hate Jews! horrible!!!

Customer service is abysmal. I am here with my one and two year old grandkids. I asked for two cribs when I booked and called three times to confirm they are reserved and was told yes. When I checked in they confirmed we would have cribs. But in the room - no cribs. And “Jayden” the manager was obnoxious and completely not helpful. Rather than apologize she argued and said its first come first serve and did not even acknowledge that I should have been told that when I booked. So now I am sitting in an uber in an hour of miami traffic heading to target in search of two cribs. I have been at the Grand Beach 3 times and will never go back. The service is worse than you would get at a motelv6.
