We paid for parking and showed a picture of the license plate. The hotel clerk input the wrong number by one digit. Now I have a boot on my car and a $157 fine. The hotel refused to help and won’t even refund our parking fee they charged us. We have been delayed leaving to go home by hours with a small child. Skip this one!! You really don’t want to climb 3 full sets of stairs to get to your room either 🤨

A great historic property — very clean and centrally located near all the main attractions. The lady at the front desk and all the bellboys were very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay! Helpful and friendly staff. Fast and efficient, check-in checkout. Just a 20 minute walk to the Superdome right smacked dab in the middle of the French Quarter just a couple of minute. Walk to multiple restaurants and sites to see. I always make an effort to stay here for Saints games. For this day, I was able to enjoy the caroling in Jackson Square.

We love this hotel! We have stayed here several times over the years and have never been disappointed. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the rooms are nice, the location is fabulous, and the price is reasonable. This hotel is quaint and unique, definitely not a cookie-cutter chain - highly recommend!
