"Nice property - security is a little weird"

Zach was an excellent valet. Beautiful grounds and public areas, very well situated. Quiet. Lots of safety instructions on the back of the door including instructions to use deposit boxes at the front desk DO NOT go down to the front desk with your valuables because there ARE NO deposit boxes waiting for you. After lots of running back & forth from my room to the front desk and front desk calling the manger (who wasn’t helpful), it turns out safes are located under the left bar sink. Despite the less than stellar first visit, planning to revisit upon my next trip to the area.

This hotel has historical significance to the area. Many elements both exterior and interior are preserved at the Foundry. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The bartender, staff in the Refinery, and front desk were all engaging, professional, and super friendly. The public spaces within the hotel are well appointed and lovely. The interior 2 queen unit we stayed in was equally as beautiful. The units come with a Nespresso machine, a modern mini fridge, and upscale toiletries in dispensers. My ONLY complaint, and to me its a sizable one, is the mattresses are not comfortable. If you have any kind of back issues or nerve issues (even mild) -this may be a showstopper. I would expect a much higher grade bed maybe even with a plush topper with it being a Curio brand either Hilton. Everything else about this hotel is topnotch. :-D

We really enjoyed our stay with the dogs. The restoration of the old factory buildings is beautiful. All of the staff was helpful and friendly from check-in to departure, when Ced brought around our car with a smile! The area is walkable with many restaurants and local shops.

Excellent stay! The bar drinks were phenomenal and Cedrick the valet was extremely fast and professional. When you do valet here, the parking lot is about 2 blocks away. I think Ced runs the whole thing. He is very efficient! I will also compliment that the valet is affordable here. Definitely tip these great employees.
