I stayed at this property twice in October and was extremely disappointed by the experience. During my first stay, the bedding was not clean, and it took a very long time for the staff to replace the sheets. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel in the Fine Hotels + Resorts program. On my second stay, several FHR benefits were not honored. The $100 property credit was never applied, even though I had eligible dining charges. In addition, my key card stopped working at noon, even though late check-out until 4:00 pm was guaranteed as part of the program. These repeated issues were far below the service standards expected from the Fine Hotels + Resorts experience.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the new Fairmont. This is one of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed in! The decor, the fabulous art deco style, the ambiance, the service, the restaurants, bars and pool are all above 5 star! We had a wonderful dinner at the Sky Room …the staff went above and beyond to make sure our anniversary was special! We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this beautiful place!

We stayed at Fairmont Breakers hotel Sept 18-22 and had a wonderful experience. We were checked in by Alexander Nicosia and he was just friendly and gracious and professional. We were upgraded to a suite and the room was lovely. Most importantly it was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. I had an issue trying to book a dinner reservation at the skyroom and Alexander took care of it for us. Also everyone at the hotel addressed us by our names. The breakfast staff at Nettuno were also fabulous and very attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend staying here. We plan to stay here again. Staff at skyroom were also amazing and provided flawless service. A big thank you to Alexander for making us feel like valued guests.

Visited the newly renovated Fairmont Breakers Hotel for our reservation at the Sky Room, and I’ve been so excited to see the results of the renovation. This historic hotel beautifully blends old glamour with modern luxury. The décor is elegant and timeless, you really feel the history as soon as you walk in. Valet service is offered (definitely the way to go given the location), which made things smooth and easy. Our server Jessica at the Sky Room was fantastic and recommended we check out Halo Bar on the rooftop and Alter Ego, their semi-speakeasy bar on the first floor. We ended up going to both and had such a fun time! Halo offers great rooftop vibes with a lively atmosphere, while Alter Ego felt more intimate and playful with its speakeasy feel. Overall, the Fairmont Breakers is stunning and has so much to offer beyond just dining. Next time, I’d love to do a full staycation and check out the rooms and the hotel’s other amenities.
